2 Bedroom Townhouse close to the beach, gorgeous pool!

Welcome to the sugar sand beaches of Destin! This end unit townhouse is a spacious retreat that is just steps to the beautiful Destin beach or the community kidney shaped tropical pool! If you are looking for beautiful beaches, a gorgeous pool, comfy beds, and lots of room this is the place for you. Our place offers a private and spacious living room with lots of seating, dining table area, and fully equipped kitchen downstairs, plus a half bath. There is a large wall mounted flatscreen smart TV with Netflix.

Upstairs offers a large master bedroom with a king bed, full bath and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 single beds, and a TV. There is a full bathroom in the hallway outside the bedroom. There are 2 reserved parking spots just out front of the townhouse for easy entry and access. Downstairs also has a nice patio that overlooks the tropical fenced in pool area, complete with a charcoal grill for your grilling pleasure.

The beach is just across the street, via a 3-way stop. Just outside the townhouse, there is a nice walking trail, and Pompano Joe's is a easy walk for dinner or cool drinks. Ice cream, coffee,shoppes, jet ski rentals, banana board rentals are just a minutes walk away.

The patio outside a sliding glass door offers a nice relaxing view of the pool and surrounding tropical landscaped yard. There is a charcoal grill and chairs for you to enjoy a meal or cool drink to unwind. The Silver Sands Outlet malls and Destin commons are easily drivable and close by.

There is a lock-box on the front door for easy arrival to the townhouse. 2 reserved parking spots outside. WI-FI is included!

This is an older complex of 29 townhomes, but it is convenient, clean and comfy! The pool just out back is fenced in, and the grassy yard offers plenty of room to throw a frisbee, football, or just run and blow off steam.

This is a budget friendly older townhouse complex. But it’s in the perfect spot-location, location, location. Beautiful beach, awesome pool- we don't pretend to offer all of the extras (fitness room etc) but it's a nice area and a clean and spacious townhouse.

**We are only able to accommodate Saturday-Saturday rentals during the summer months!

*Pets considered on case by case basis with permit

Guest coin washers and dryers are available in the pools' clubhouse .

This is an older community of 29 townhouse which are shaped like a U with the pool in the middle. We are the end townhouse, so we have lots of privacy!

Town house was very charming and clean. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Very accessible to beach and great location!!! Loved that the pool was right in back yard. Will definitely be staying here again.

I tried to handle our issue with this property appropriately by submitting a formal complaint through Homeaway, however, after 2 weeks we have received no response - here is a brief summary of what we sent: Words cannot express our disappointment with our recent rental, we have been doing the same research, using the same websites and going to the same location for the past 4 years and have never had an issue. The location was not where I understood it to be and we were completely unable to use the wifi (we had to use our data and hotspots), however this wasn't the issue. We pulled up to an older building with an unusable spigot (the knob was completely missing). Upon entering there was a bad smell and gnats or flies. The floor appeared to be un mopped or poorly done and there were some old dried out air fresheners around. After a long drive a first stop was the restroom which had no toilet paper holder let alone toilet paper (actually 2 of the 3 bathrooms did not). There was a huge dust web and some lights out (lights were out in dining area as well). Every door molding and handle was filthy. Every wall was stained, had a dent, hole or bad patch job and there were holes in any walls a picture was relocated. The dining/living room ceiling was stained, the furniture was stained, the handle on the living room cabinet was broken and there was a pile of roof tiles underneath. My children pointed out to me that the painting in the living room (some tree branches) was outlined with a pink highlighter. There was a huge hole on the inner corner of the washing machine. The master bath had a huge hole punched in the inside of the bathroom door, another room had the same and it was badly patched. The nice porch had peeling paint, holes in the furniture, rusty decor and if you chose to stay out there the ants would crawl over you. While removing the sheets I found the pillows to be stained and one even appeared to have some dried up blood. The icing on the cake is when my husband let me know he found cockroaches but chose to wait to tell me until the ride home as he knew how extremely upset I would be. We then found 2 more cockroaches in our bags that were kept in this home with us when unpacking. I was extremely embarrassed to bring my family to such unacceptable conditions. This location actually cost more than I have paid in the past and I believe we are due a refund for this awful experience. We also submitted some photos along with our complaint.

Owner's Response: It is a never ending commitment on our part as hosts to do all we can to make every guest stay the most enjoyable. On very rare occasions it is difficult to deal with someone who tries to create false claims from the second they step in the property in an attempt to stay for free for two weeks with a large family? We immediately sent cleaners and they reported there was nothing dirty. We have then instantaneously sent maintenance and service professionals as well and similarly they found the complaints unfounded. We always honor legitimate discounts such as military and senior discounts. We also give refunds for equipment or service failures however, if they are unfounded we still keep trying everything we can to work with the guest to always make their entire stay enjoyable because the guest always comes first.

Close to the beach, awesome pool

There was good and bad about this condo. Bad: When we first arrived the condo had a horrible odor. The garbage disposal was not working and there was what seemed to be some kind of seafood in it. The response in getting the garbage disposal fixed was extremely fast however, there were gnats and the smell was already pretty bad. We spent a lot of time and money on air fresheners and bug spray. The laundry room was locked with a combination lock because the dryer wasn’t working. Was told it should be fixed by the beginning of the week but wasn’t fixed our entire stay. There are washer and dryers on sight but they cost at least $5 a load start to finish and it was described as having a personal one in the condo. The gnats were not the only bug issue, there were several roaches found and also ants everywhere. The owner was notified and did say they would notify their exterminators. The TV was only available to watch Netflix and you have to sign in under your own account, which is fine if you have one. Cable never worked and the WiFi strength was so weak I had to use my own hotspot to get through an entire movie without it buffering every ten minutes.Good: The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 4 adults to do their own things the entire time. The pool was amazing and we were pretty much alone when we’d go. It was never crowded. The condo location is perfect! The walk to the beach is less then 5 minutes and there are great restaurants within walking distance. There are two shopping malls within a few minute drive also. Just a couple things to be fixed and we would probably stay again.

Owner's Response: Guest satisfaction is our top priority, and we are very responsive to guest needs when we are aware of them. Our townhouse has a great location, and the pool is incredible just as the recent guest stated. I am a bit surprised by this review, as I was contacted by the guest about the disposal not working, and maintenance was sent there immediately and resolved the problem right away. Had I known that there was a "smell", etc. I would have asked housekeeping to return to fix this problem (I am just now being made aware of this through this review). Recent rains in Destin have created an increase of pests in the area, but we do have a monthly pest service (as well as a homeowner association pest service). After the guest let me know she had seen 2 bugs, I immediately placed a call to the service for a return visit and I thought that the problem was taken care of after that. (I was never told that there were ants or other bugs, or I would have relayed that information as well to the pest control and given more specific instructions until the problem was solved). Due to the bad weather in the area as well as recent construction, the internet service with all companies nearby has been "spotty" unfortunately. We have a new wall mounted smart TV with 150 Cable channels (along with HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime), but apparently they were not working during the guests stay due to weather conditions in the area (something we were not aware of or would have reported to maintenance for a simple fix).

Just what you need

Not far from beach, nice pool, comfy beds, just enough room. Best part was dealing with the owners. They are great and I mean great people to deal with. If something went wrong they handle it right away and made it right. Totally worth going to Destine. Only complaint is no channels on the tv but was quickly solved with Netflix (we like to relax after the beach and watch tv lol).

Location is perfect

This is our second stay here. It's a convenient place and its nice and clean. Beach is beautiful, pool is nice and we basically had it to ourselves which was nice. Owners are very responsive to our needs (WIFI code).

Will return- reasonable pricing for the place.
