Beach Haven - Modern Ocean Front Second Floor Condo, In-ground Olympic Pool (20' x 50'), 2 Bedrooms + Queen Sleeper Sofa, Sleeps 6, 1 Bathroom (Tub/Shower), Outside Deck, Central Air (AC), Outside Showers, 6 Gas Grills, 4 Picnic Tables, Bike Racks, on-site Reserved Parking, Coin (quarters)Washer/Dryer. High Speed Wireless (WI-FI) Internet Access, 3 Smart TVs and 4 Seasonal 2024 Beach Badges.

Lifeguard protected beach (lifeguard on duty late June thru early September 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Pool Attendant during pool hours & days of operation, (check availability). No Pets, No Smoking, No Vaping, or No Incense.

Long Beach Island (LBI) Ocean Front Condo in the Heart of Beach Haven, park your car in your reserved spot, walk and explore the "Queen City" of Beach Haven. It is a close walk to all amenities Beach Haven has to offer: Restaurants, Bars, Stores, Bay Village, Mini Golf, Show Place, Museums, Surf-Light Theater (Live Shows), and Fantasy Island. Atlantic City is a short drive or Bus trip pickup less than 1 Block away. Review the pool hours/days in the VRBO amenities section for overview of hours/days of operation. Tenant must e-sign the Pool Rules (summer season) and Short Term Rental agreement 48 hours after reserving property.

Beachside stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We loved being right next to the beach and our kids loved the pool.

Great location, space and host

Location was perfect - just steps to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and other amenities. The place was comfortable for our family of 4 - exactly as advertised - and well-maintained.

Great Vacation - Location

Great Location in Beach Haven, everything in walking distance. The hosts were very accommodating and I absolutely recommend. We have 2 young children and they loved the pool, bunk beds and the condo had plenty of room. Great experience and will certainly be back again.

Absolute LBI perfection

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, has its own pool and all the convenient amenities. We had an amazing time staying here. Perfect for our family of 5 with three little kids.

Great LBI Condo

Stayed here for a three day weekend. Great location right on the beach. Has a pool. Walking distance to fantasy island,bay village and schooners warf. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Father’s Day Weekend

We had a perfect stay. We’ve stayed here before as it is in close proximity to all the best LBI has to offer. Love having everything in walking distance. The beach is so convenient and love not have to go far to be right at the waters edge. Look forward to staying here again!

Nice place but very small

The place was nice, clean and had everything needed in kitchen for a long weekend. It is a very small condo in a great location I would recommend 2 adults and 2 children would fit comfortably. Not much room to put stuff you bring. Communication was excellent.

The unit was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need It was clean upon our return The location is perfect which makes walking easy We we’re grateful for the short walk to the beach The pool was extremely clean and well kept. Monty’s is a pleasure..so friendly See u next year
