New construction in 2015 and FANTASTIC LOCATION in Beach Haven!!!!

Located on the corner of 10th Street & Beach Ave this bright and airy TOP FLOOR duplex with its many windows and open floor plan is in one of the best vacation locations in Beach Haven. Conveniently located within a short walk to anything you could want: Beach, Bay, Shopping, Restaurants and Nightlife, you never have to get in the car and drive for anything - this will be your easiest family vacation.

This location is also for people that want to lock your car and walk or ride your bicycle for all of your needs. Beach Ave is a very safe 25 MPH one-way street with a bicycle and jogging lanes and a never ending array of people to watch. It is safe for kids and heavily patrolled by the always pleasant Beach Haven Police Department.

This shore rental will be nicely furnished and well appointed. The Master Bedroom will have a King Size bed, Smart TV, and the private full bathroom will feature a large tiled stall shower with sliding glass doors. The Master bedroom also has a walk in closet and its own private access to the large 2nd floor deck and its expansive views.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, dresser, two nightstands, and a large closet.

The third bedroom will sleep three with a twin bunk and another twin bed and also has a nightstand, dresser, and a large closet.

The kitchen will have all Stainless Steel Appliances with dishwasher and there is a stacked washer/dryer adjacent in its own closet. Counters are Granite and all of the fixtures are high end.

The large rear deck opens off the dining area and also from the master bedroom. This private deck has expansive views of the Barnegat Bay, Shelter Harbor Marina, Bay Village Shopping, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, and Thundering Surf Water slides, all two or three blocks away. This deck will feature a large table with umbrella, and seating for eight with plenty of room for guests. A hard lined gas grill is provided for your outdoor cooking at the GROUND level.

The furnished large Rooftop Deck provides fantastic panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Beach Haven, the Barnegat Bay, and Atlantic City. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee up top while the family sleeps in.

This Shore Rental has had no expense spared in the renovation. Smart LED Televisions with Dish Network Satellite are provided in both the family and master bedroom. Everything is the way you would expect a vacation rental should be.

While the rental has central air conditioning there are lots of windows to take advantage of the strong onshore breezes. Leave the windows open and take advantage of this wind which typically comes out of the southeast. Ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms and family room.

Park your car for the week, everything you could want is in walking distance, restaurants, amusements, water park, nightclubs, theaters, and shopping. On site games include a shuffleboard table in the garage and Baggo. Beach Badges are furnished for all guests >12.

We strive to maintain an enjoyable, clean, safe, family friendly environment for our guests and their families and friends. Many of our guests are repeaters because of the property location, and our obvious desire to see you have a great time during your stay.

Property has been 100% rented each season so please reserve early.

Peak-Season rents are strictly Saturday to Saturday, 2:00 check-in and 10:00 Check-out. Please do not ask for exceptions during peak season as I cannot disturb adjacent vacation weeks.

Hints:

If you want to arrive early and go to the beach I do welcome incoming renters earlier on Saturday morning and will provide the INCLUDED beach badges before your check-in. Beat the traffic and grab some time on the beach! If you have perishables we can temporarily stow them in the garage refrigerator until the cleaning crew comes through.

OFF-PEAK SPECIALS AVAILABLE!!!! May & June and September & October are the best times to be on LBI because there are no crowds. Post season is the absolute best with warm ocean water and cool nights. Special requests are welcomed.

Hop Sauce Festival June 4th weekend is a very popular getaway. Over 20 local breweries showing off their prized crafts. Food and music!

Chowderfest Weekend is always a blast, first weekend in October - please inquire for Chowderfest pricing if more than three nights are desired

Please note: My home is NOT available for high school, college student, post-prom, graduation, wedding, bachelor or bachelorette parties. Please don't ask. I stay downstairs and absolutely want everyone to have a great time but do draw the line if I suspect it is going to turn into a the type of event that is offensive to families that live nearby.

I require a conversation with each renter so please if you are a serious inquirer DO expect a telephone call. When a date is reserved an initial deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your week. PayPal works best and if you are bank-linked to PP you will avoid any money transfer charges. Using PayPal also make is it easy for me to refund your damage deposit.

Many of my vacationers have had guests stop by and enjoy themselves until late at night, I’m perfectly fine with that and sincerely believe that this is YOUR vacation. I want it to be as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I just cannot risk an irresponsible tenant damaging the property creating issues for future vacationers.

My wife and I and my two daughters (2017 = 12 & 14)) spend the summer downstairs providing our guests on vacation a guaranteed trouble-free stay. We encourage you to enjoy our home as if it were yours. if you want to have guests stop by to enjoy the view and outdoor breezes, please feel free. With having rented to easily 150 parties over the past nine years we have never kept anyones security/damage deposit and never asked anyone to leave.

My wife (Denise) and I (Aaron) met in this town and from the beginning wanted to own something to enjoy with our girls. We started out living on a 42' boat in a slip I own in the Shelter Harbor Marina across Bay Blvd. Boat living is simple and relatively inexpensive but according to my wife Denise, unsafe once we had kids. That summer in 2005 Denise was pushing our daughters in a double-stoller, crossed the boulevard on the way to the beach and saw a 1960 era 2br/1ba duplex for sale. Yes, we bought at the height of the market (thank me later for turning it), lightly renovated the kitchen and bathrooms and rented the upstairs for nine more years to all absolutely wonderful familes. My girls have had playmates come back each year and they have grown up together at the beach.

The problems started when my daughters had friends start to come down and It was apparent we need more space, and another bathroom. The house is brand new in 2015 with no expense spare for quality. So, now you know the story - come and stay upstairs and enjoy what we have for a trouble free vacation.

Beach Haven is the perfect family vacation destination. The Beaches are very clean and well guarded. There are amusements for kids a very short walk away and should you have a day with less-than perfect weather there are many things to do just ask us for suggestions as we know what it is like to keep kids happy on a rainy day. Please do ask us for suggestions of restaurants, or anything else you think you may need. There are a ton of kids in this neighborhood and all the parents are engaged in their kids well-being. if you have kids that want to meet others, they will have a great time. If you want to rent bicycles and bicycle trailers for younger kids while here, there are plenty of nearby places to do so please ask me for suggestions of vendors. Beach Badges are provided with the rental and PLEASE don't forget to return then upon the end of your best ever LBI vacation. My wife and I and our daughters stay downstairs for the summer and will ensure you have a good time.

What makes this house unique

The house is in a perfect location because everything is within walking distance. The Beach is two blocks away crossing two one-way slow-traffic streets. Nightclubs, Shopping, Fantasy Island kids amusements are all within a short walk. Want to save 1/2 a fortune? If you are planning any Fantasy Island (kids amusements) trips while you stay, you can buy Fantasy Island Tokens during Easter weekend on their website for 1/2 price. Now you only spend 1/2 a fortune there! F.I. has some Pay One Price evenings also, check their website. Thundering Surf also offers discounts Easter weekend.

Beautiful 3rd floor rental

I am a bit of a neat freak, so this place was a great surprise to see everything clean and in order. It has everything you need from table umbrellas, outdoor grill, roof top views, Wi-Fi, 2 bathrooms, washer/driver, outside showers, place to wash off your feet, and great rooms. Everything is designed with high end finishes, something you generally don't find at beach rentals. Aaron really did a great job making sure everything you could want was there. Only complaint I had were the couches, has some black dirt marks/crumbs and not super comfortable and Beds were a little to hard for my liking..but that aside Class A rental. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and rides/casino about the same.

Gorgeous space, flooded with light, great location

We loved our stay in Beach Haven. Located near groceries coffee and shopping and just a few short blocks from the beach, the spot was perfect. The home is flawlessly appointed and beautifully decorated. Beds were all comfortable. The owner was extremely friendly and attentive, and offered advice on the area.

Beautiful house, fantastic rental!

We had a great stay in LBI! The house was perfect for our group of 4. Would rent again and highly recommend! Close to the beach and shops and restaurants in Beach Haven. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive. The open kitchen and living room is great and the house is beautifully decorated. The outdoor spaces (back deck and rooftop deck) are an awesome addition too. Owners are super responsive and accommodating. Very happy with our stay :) One note to future renters: the coffee maker is a Keurig, super convenient, just make sure you bring k-cups!

Beautiful new construction in great location with great rooftop...

We found the owner to be very kind and responsive to anything we needed. The property is just a 5 min walk to the beach and also just a 5 min walk to amusement park, water park, shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fudge, etc. We never had to get in the car once (except for foodshopping)! Everything was clean and very good condition, and we especially liked the outside showers and outdoor roof deck. Highly recommend!

One tip - If you are doing any cooking, avoid the set of Emeril knives on the countertop and stick with the brown ones in one of the drawers near sink.

This is the House!!!

This is the house for us! Had a great stay in this beautiful, clean 3 bedroom home with great views of the bay and ocean. Walked to everything. The décor was so "beachy". Immaculate home with great furnishings but nothing beats the location. Will definitely rent again.

Located at the north side of the municipality of Beach Haven, at the corner of 10th St and Beach Avenue. At the opposite end of the block from Beach Haven 7/11 for those quick morning coffee runs or last minute grocery needs this location is the best on the island. Very close to Fantasy Island Amusements, Thundering Surf Waterpark, several Miniature Golf Courses, and Bay Village shopping and restaurants. Downtown on Engleside Ave at Bicentennial Park you can picnic at the family friendly FREE Wednesday Evening Concerts series. Walk to docks on the bay for beautiful sunsets and see the fishing boats coming back to port after a days catch - only two blocks away. Many Toddler-Friendly playgrounds also nearby as well as child safe bicycle lanes on Beach Ave and Atlantic. Situated on a narrow portion of the island both the bay and beach are only two blocks away on either side providing fantastic views in every direction.
