There's a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, stovetop, and fridge. Washer in unit and drying rack available.
Air Conditioned, water delivery, FIBER OPTIC Wifi, and smart TV with NETFLIX app included.
Patio overlooks the quiet saltwater swimming pool. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and aquarium. Quiet location (away from the night entertainment)
Safe gated community, family-friendly, and full of fun activities such as golf, tennis, swimming with the dolphins, and an aquarium.
Puerto Aventures village has everything to offer, and the food is fantastic. Day passes are available at the two closest luxury hotels, Beach Club hotel, and Dreams hotel if you are interested in the "all-inclusive" experience.

When you select us as a host you are selecting someone that takes pride in helping people create lifelong memories with your loved ones. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We take pride in hosting guests that return year after year.

Why they chose this property

The condo is located in a quiet residential neighborhood East of the 307 highway along the Caribbean Coast. There are 4 stairs leading up to the condo. The balcony overlooks the private pool and green space. BBQ included. Public transportation and taxi stand are available a short 5-minute walk just outside the main gates. The tourist information center is a 10 min walk away. There you can rent a bike or golf cart.
If you want to enjoy the amenities at the Beach Club Resort they offer a guest day pass. This includes access to the lounge chairs, pools, and food and beverage at the hotel.
