The expansive three bedroom units include colorful artwork and tapestries, a jacuzzi in the master bath, and comfortably sleep 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and ocean views. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has a private entrance, queen bed, balcony overlooking the jungle, and private bathroom.

Vista del Mar/Del Sol Beachfront condominiums are close to the famous snorkeling spot, Yal-ku Lagoon, numerous local restaurants, and Akumal Dive Adventures dive shop.

La Buena Vida Restaurant offers drinks and lunch at the really fun beach bar and fine evening meals in their upstairs dining room.

Very nice appartment on the secon floor. Spacious and clean. Very well situated. Staff very helpfull.
We absolutely loved it!
Our stay was perfect! We enjoyed the weather, beaches, delicious food, parks, Mayan ruins , snorkeling, delicious food and all what Rivera maya offers to its visitants.
The apartment was amazing!
Spacious 3 bedroom unit and close to many activities. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed the snorkeling right off the beach.
Great location, just a three minute walk to the best beach bar/restaurant-La Buena Vida.
Great location, clean ,comfortable and roomy apartments. The staff at the reception desk go out of their way to make sure you're having a great time- very helpful.
Relax on the beach
This condo was great. We had plenty of room and the view is beautiful. The daily cleaning service was excellent and much appreciated. The restaurants in Akumal are fantastic. We do wish we had a pool that was not within the restaurant, but all in all our trip was fabulous. We rented bikes a couple of days just for fun and ease of getting to a few dinners a bit further away from condo. The two mini markets at the foot of our condo were cash only but very inexpensive for basic shopping needs. Everyone in Akumal was super friendly. The hammocks on deck were great too. Normally would say 5 star but we were bummed about the pool in the restaurant full of kids and people eating nearby. The condo itself and people are 5 star for sure.

Great get away. Bring you water shoes, the beach entrance is very rocky and rough.

There are no pets allowed on the premises. Quiet Times are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am. This includes amplified music and parties after 10 pm. Only the number of people reflected in the Rental Agreement are permitted to over-night at the dwelling. No open flames such as bonfires, tiki torches, or bbq's are allowed on the premises. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Del Sol, including excessive noise, destruction of property, and any activities resulting in complaints from other guests may result in eviction and notification to the local authorities. Del Sol Properties shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature incurred by any person occupying or visiting the accommodations. This includes anything, arising out of personal injury, property loss, accident or death, loss of physical or mental enjoyment, delay or inconvenience resulting from any acts or omission by the owner of the property, or from any other party, any act of God, war, disease, strike, govern meal act, or any other event or cause.
