With no streets to cross, you are literally steps from the beach (about 30 feet). There is a rooftop deck with panoramic views of Ocean City and neighboring Atlantic City and Sea Isle. This condo is ideal for those who want all the perks of a beachfront, who want to stay in a quiet section of ocean city (about 10 blocks from boardwalk), but do not want to pay $8000 for a week vacation.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a deck overlooking the beach and ocean, a full eat-in kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, etc), and 2 car parking, you will have everything you need for your Ocean City getaway. 3313 Central sleeps 12 in beds.

This gorgeous condo is located in a quiet section of Ocean City, away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. It is close to 34th street bridge, 34th St. playground, Acme and Wawa, and is within biking distance of the boardwalk.

Almost Five Star

The rental itself was just as described. We enjoyed the cleanliness and close proximity to the ocean and restaurants. Communication w owner was prompt. The only reason we didn’t give this rental five stars is the master bedroom has a very firm mattress almost hard. Great for a night or two but we definitely could not stay an enitre week not w the mattress they have. Maybe others like the extreme firmness of their mattress but we prefer our mattress to be more middle of the road at the very least. Not a detractor if you like firm mattresses. Overall we would recommend the property. For us we would probably not rent it again but only because we couldn’t sleep properly but if the owner were to change or upgrade the mattress we would not only rent it but would change it to five stars the next time we stay there.

Worked for our purposes.

We were in town for just 1 night for my mother-in-law's birthday. This is the first time I've stayed at a VRBO where we had to bring sheets, blankets, towels and pillows. However, there was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap (or any other amenities like shampoo/conditioner etc.) but fortunately there is an ACME just a few blocks away. I'm giving the 4 stars because of the view/sound of the ocean across the street, and that we could bring our small dog with us. Also, owner let us check in early and check out late, which was great since we were only there one night.

Nice Place

Overall we had a great vacation. Property decent size and in a great location. The floors were dirty and I had to mop them. Communication was limited prior to rental but was good during and he did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Overall 4 out of 5. You can’t beat the price, location and ability to bring pets.

July 4th week

Pros: The house is in a great location and it is a great space. Cons: Check in was at 4pm but the cleaners did not leave until 4:30pm . We wish there would have been a vacuum in the house. We had to clean the washer and dryer prior to using them. The shower curtain liner had mildew all over it and had to be removed. Most of the window blinds did not work properly. The house was very dusty. The water filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced. The return air filter was caked with dust.

Dog friendly property

We had plenty of space for us and our dog. And it was nice sitting on the deck where you could see the ocean past the house in front of us. We cooked in every night so I wish they had more kitchen supplies. That was lacking.

Close to beach

Nice house and location. Inside clean, outside had some litter. Kitchen could use some better utensils, pots and pans. Would stay there again however.

The outside was not very pleasing (overgrown yard, and siding needs a power wash). Inside was clean and large and had everything we needed. The breeze on the deck made it very nice to sit there. Overall, it was a good rental unit and we enjoyed our stay

Location Location Location

Although not in the heart of downtown Ocean City, my family and I really appreciated the location. In a quieter area south of the boardwalk, we were a 5 min walk away from our fav burger spot, multiple ice cream joints, WAWA, and other eateries. The boardwalk itself was a very short drive and free parking was available with a little effort. But the best part is that we were literally steps away from the beach. Since we kept our puppy at the house on beach days, we were able to check on him through the day since it was so close to the beach. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. There was no "handbook" that detailed what to do with garbage, parking arragements with other tenent, etc but communcation with the owner was good and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Overall my family enjoyed our stay here and would consider renting it again.

The home is in a great spot and very nice however it is definitely overpriced. The outside of place was filthy. Broken door handles, broken screens, cabinets were dirty, top of fridge was filthy. The house does have plenty of room and is close to the beach which is very nice.

Decent Stay

Family generally enjoyed their stay, though the listing did not mention that there were no pillows on the beds (mentioned that towels, linens and covers were needed, but no mention of pillows). There was a moldy smell in the unit, and the neighbors on the second floor have two large dogs and there was a odor of pet urine that made sitting on the deck almost impossible the first night.

Great house Great location!

We were so happy to find this condo to rent. Great size! Excellent location! So close to the beach without having to spend beachfront prices. Flexible and accommodating owner! We loved every minute of our stay. Can’t wIt to come back next summer.

Right near the beach with a neat rooftop view

The location is the best part of this rental. One side street from the beach, without the rush of being near the boardwalk. The back deck is a nice hangout space, with a nice rooftop deck as well (rooftop deck is shared with the neighbors above.) The kitchen was very nice and included a dishwasher (huge plus) as well as a dining room with a large table. The bathrooms were slightly dingy and the house seemed a little lived in, so if you're looking for someplace immaculate this probably isn't the place for you. Great for a group who like to spend more time outdoors than inside. Parking was a nice touch as well, really no headache with this place at all. Owner is also easy going and will help out with anything you need.

Fireworks on Central!

This is a fantastic property, 1/2 block to the beach and 1 block to dining. The open floor plan and decks made this a comfortable space for my entire group. Though city-wide fireworks were cancelled, there was impressive viewing (fireworks and sunsets) still possible from the roof top. We really enjoyed our stay!
