Updated Family Friendly Beach House

We are now taking reservations for the 2021 Summer. This 3bd, 2ba w/ Front and Back Decks is a great escape to America's Greatest Family Resort town.

Summary
Located in the Gold Coast of Ocean City, NJ. This 2nd floor beach home is 3 bed room & 2 bath. Completely renovated and family friendly space. There is a king, one queen, one full, and two full bunk style beds. Kitchen Renovated and all new furniture throughout the home.

A short walk to the beach (30th St is Lifeguarded) makes this an ideal place to enjoy a vacation with family and friends. All Kitchen cabinets, island, and table are new and 2 sky lights give the property a bright and open feel. There is a deck on both the front and back of the house so feel free to enjoy dinner and drink with a nice ocean breeze. In the master bedroom, you will find a flat screen TV and a King bed that will allow for a great nights sleep . The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bed along with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a kid-friendly bunk bed with steps on the side of the bed that lead up to the top bunk. All mattresses & pillows have waterproof and hypoallergenic covers. In total, this rental sleeps 8 people and is a great place for an enjoyable getaway.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this property, and it was the perfect place for our family vacation. The unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. We had a long stay and had everything we needed. We have littles it was a great location between 2 parks and walking distance to food, ice cream and beach. Justin was wonderful to work with very relaxing stay, would stay again!

We had a great time at OC. The house was great: clean and comfortable. I loved the porch and watching a moon at night from it. The only thing that it was not enough paper goods (paper towels and toilet paper) for a week. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the whole week. And no sheets or towels at all. It is difficult to travel with the whole family and the whole house with you plus we don't even have king or double sheets in the house. It was included in the check in instructions that I need to bring all that stuff, but it doesn't make it better.

Our stay was a 10 out of 10. Our host Justin kept communication clear and simple. The place was beautiful, clean, and our host provided everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for our family getaway. We could walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go including the boardwalk, shopping at 9nth street, and a short walk to the beach and 34th street shopping and eats. The food, grocery and ice cream options near and around us were endless and everyone was super friendly! This was a dream vacation come true. Ocean City is as family-friendly and peaceful as it ever was. Thank You Justin for making this a trip we’ll never forget. If and when we return we hope to stay here again.

Summer Getaway

We loved this property. It was clean and well-furnished. Although it was just the two of us, the three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate six adults. The beach is two blocks away. The unit comes with umbrellas and beach chairs. It is conveniently located to shopping. We would definitely return.

Bright and open

This property was bright and open. The main living area was very “beachy” with lots of seating and eating areas. I would recommend this house and am considering renting it again, next year. The only thing it was missing was an ice machine in the refrigerator. If you go, bring ice trays. (A very small complaint. Wouldn’t keep me away.)
