Stop by the Grand Boulevard Town Center which is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Amazing getaway!!

My husband and I came here for a long weekend trip and had the best time! It was our first time in the Destin area in a while, but this condo and the location was perfect! The beach and pool are so close to the room, the screened in porch was great for morning coffee, and Whales Tail across the street was our favorite lunch spot! We actually booked a trip this fall, for the same condo, while we were driving home today!!

This was our third stay and again it didn’t disappoint. Truly an amazing location

This condo is always perfect. The ducks entertain the kids, they love to play by the pond, just a short few steps to the pool and the beach. Has everything you need for cooking and also supplies for the beach. Beautifully decorated and super super clean. I personally love to work puzzles out on the patio while watching Jaws. My husband loves to lounge on the patio couch while the kids look at the turtles. Such a great place to stay!!

This is our third time staying here. Great location in reference to beach and pool. Screened in back patio with tv, table, and furniture was lovely! Condo was clean! Real Joy was exceptional when checking in to see how the stay was going. The owner is precious, as my youngest son kept hitting the ring alarm, to which I apologized for, and she got in contact with Real Joy Management Team to have them reach out to me and let me know it was of no bother to her! The kindness is not lost on me! Can’t wait for our stay next year!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was extremely clean and all the decor was so pretty. My husband and I were amazed. I absolutely loved the bedroom furniture! The view of the lake was so relaxing and the walk to the beach was very short and easy! We brought a little wagon with us that made it even easier to transport our blankets, chairs, and food/drinks to the beach. Very easy to check in and access the condo with the code we were given. No issues at all. Very easy and such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Great unit and location! Clean and newer appliances incl a fridge with a water dispenser. We left an umbrella, camp chair, and cooler backpack in the hall closet. And left packets of salt, sugar, sweetener in one of the cabinets. Salt, pepper, coffee filters were provided. Bring foil, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, and more body soap, if needed. There were a quite a few flying insects hanging around the porch so didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. Had a great trip overall!

Our first impression of this condo was how clean it appeared and smelled! The place looks nearly brand new. They had welcome music playing from the TVs as well :). Such a short walk to the beach with convenient food and drinks nearby. Make sure to try the frozen drinks on the beach at whales tale! The only hiccup was that I never received an email the day of to access the portal with the door access code and instructions. I had to call RealJoy. They answered and sent me an email immediately so it was no big deal. **note** we were gifted beach chairs and a wagon and decided to pass them along for future guests! The chairs were left in the closet off the kitchen and the wagon is outside under the staircase! :)

We absolutely loved this property and would rent it again if we go back to the same area of Florida. The property is finished so nicely and kept up so well. We loved the furnishings in the condo as well as the screened porch. The location is perfect. We loved the convenience of being able to park right out front of the property so carrying luggage and groceries was a simple task. We walked to the beach multiple times a day. It is a convenient location to hop on Hwy 30A and explore the fun beach towns. I have only good things to say about this fantastic property.

I come to the beach often. This was by far one of my best trips. Not only was the location perfect but this condo was top-notch. It is for the person with champagne taste. In fact, if it was for sale, I would seriously consider purchasing it.

Loved the location although you either enter from back or by main gait and drive around. Walking was so very close to beach! We flew in and sometimes people leave their beach chairs as we did. But none was avail. That is added cost. Comfortable. We couldn’t get tv in living room to work. The TV was connected to the TV in the kitchen and every time we try to change channels or get the TV to work in the living room it affected the TV in the kitchen. We was able to use Wi-Fi with the Netflix. Loved RealJoy there serves was superb. If enough time RENT golf cart to get around. The streets are bumper to bumper with tourist. On Main Street use alternative route. You can by pass some traffic by turning right -look on maps
