This is a wonderfully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo, coastal décor and outdoor seating.
Your vacation offers a spacious living area, bamboo flooring, gorgeous new chandelier fans in both bedrooms and in the living room, raised tin and beadboard ceilings, a fully updated kitchen with a farmhouse-style sink, and golf course views from the balcony. The king master suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a double vanity sink and a jetted tub! The guest room includes 2 twin beds with plenty of storage and separate bathroom. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa to comfortable sleep 6.

The fully stocked kitchen holds everything you need for your getaway including a Keurig coffee maker. Just off from the living area and kitchen you will find a large balcony with plenty of seating and a swing that overlooks the golf course.

Seascape Resort offers tennis, pickle ball, an on site 18 hole golf course, 5 pools ( two are seasonally heated), beach chair/umbrella rentals, watersports & bike rentals and beach access to 2000 ft of sugar white sand beach! Just on the beach you will find Whale's Tail- a landmark beach bar & grill. Towne Centre at Seascape has spectacular dining, restaurants, wine, coffee, arcade and more!

There are exterior stairs for the unit entry.
Guests must sign a Rental Agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay.
Guests must purchase a parking pass of $10 per vehicle required by Seascape Resort to park on the resort. Each vehicle is required to show the pass on the dashboard. Please let us know how many car passes will be needed.
Golf carts can be rented from outside rental companies but guests must purchase an additional parking pass to display on the golf cart during their stay. Guests WILL be fined if the cart does not have this pass displayed on it by the HOA.
All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
