No resort fees. Contact for lower rates for longer stays. Large suite with queen bed and sleeper sofa. Stay in our king suite located at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort located directly across from the beach, this unit is located on the 10th floor with balcony.

The units kitchenette allows you the option of staying in and preparing your own meals if desired. Alternatively discover Q Club new bar restaurant hot spot S3 located on the first floor or treat yourself to exquisite Mediterranean cuisine at Ilios.

During the day guests can relax around the pool while taking in the uninterrupted north/south views of Fort Lauderdale renowned beach. The fitness center is also located on the 6th floor and i

No resort fees

Free limited street parking can be found 2-4 from the building along with discounted parking. I recommend not to bring a car. Its cheaper to Uber. Valet at the building is $50 a day

Daily housekeeping is not included

Late check out and early check in cannot be provided as we are fully booked throughout the year and there is always a guest arriving or leaving on your day of arrival or departure and we need time to service the unit between.

Wonderful property and Owner

Our stay at the Hilton was great. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. Unit was spacious and has a spectacular view of the ocean. Would definitely rent again. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and water taxi.
