You can’t go wrong with this place - it has everything! Beautifully appointed, great location, great amenities and unbelievable hosts! This was our 4th stay at Cloud 9 and we’ll definitely be back again!

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Location was great--just five minute walk from the beach. The apartment was gorgeous with private balcony and views of the ocean. It had everything we could possibly need. We loved it!

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, it was a perfect location for our family. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and loved having the beach and stores nearby. Correspondence with the owners was always easy and they were quick to respond to any of our questions.

Everything I expected and more

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is even better in-person than I thought when I booked it. The condo itself was super clean, amenities are spectacular, and it is so close to the beach. It really made for a fantastic weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again when in the area!

Perfect location

Ad advertised. Close to beach, great view of ships on intercoastal side. Great pool with food and bar and view. Clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Will come again. Easy access to water taxi if you dont want to drive

Great condo apartment

The condo was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. George and Aurelio are amazing hosts. Highly recommended if you want a great stay!

Amazing Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at George and Aurelio’s condo. There were 4 adults and we were all very comfortable. The views are amazing and it’s within walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. The condo was clean and stocked with the necessities. It’s always nice to not have to worry about buying your own toilet paper and trash bags on vacation! I would definitely book this place again if I ever plan on going back to FLL. 10/10!

Beach Bound and Condo Comfy: 6 of Us, One Great Stay!

What a fantastic week we had! Everything from the moment we entered the valet garage to Jonny and Pam at the front desk had been absolutely wonderful! George and Aurelio, you have such a beautiful condo, it truly is Cloud 9! Clean, comfortable and spacious, this condo had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Communication more than exceeded our expectations. Before we even left Texas, George and Aurelio made sure our needs were taken care of, and that continued throughout our stay. The balcony was the perfect place for coffee, the beds were comfortable and I always love having a washer and dryer, especially with 3 teenage girls! The location of this condo was perfect. We walked to dinner most nights and it was a very short walk to the beach. We used both the 8th and 4th floor pools after the beach, which both had beautiful views. We will definitely rebook this condo when we come back and share this with others we know who will travel to this area. George and Aurelio, thank you so much for sharing your condo!

Best pick ever!

We loved the Penthouse - from the name to the service of the condo attendants. It was amazing. The condo itself had everything we needed - including an incredible view from the balcony and master bedroom. We felt like we had stepped into a very high end resort. It is a definite on our list when we come back to Fort Lauderdale.

Exceeded Our Expectations

My sister and I had an opportunity to visit the Fort Lauderdale area, and we are so thankful to have selected George and Aurelio's penthouse. The accommodations were perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay as the condo is perfectly located for enjoying the sights, restaurants and beaches. We also ventured out to South Miami for an afternoon side trip. What an amazing resort stay

Want to say thank you to George for the prompt communication a seamless experience. Note this is a high tech outfit so as long as you follow the instructions you will be all set. Unit was amazing, clean and views of the beach. Better in person than in photos. Unit was super clean, well equipped and there is a front desk for anything you need. Valet service top notch never had an issue for the week we were there. There are 2 amazing pools, 8th floor pool is like you are at a personal resort, lower pool is so awesome nobody was ever there. This vacation and stay goes down as one of the best ever. We’ll be back. George is a 5 star host.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO STAY!

I go to Ft. Lauderdale about 3 times a year. I am a Marriott member, and usually stay at one of their properties, but having a 2 year old, we needed more space and a separate room for him. We go to Florida every Easter, and this is the first time we did a VRBO for this weekend. Besides the weather (we got stuck in the floods at the airport coming home) this property did not disappoint! George, the properties owner keeps in touch pretty much every day, and responds within the hour if you have any questions. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths, a huge balcony with amazing views! It also has a "bonus" room right when you walk in with a pull out couch for added guests! I just wish there was a tv in the 2nd bedroom. The elevators are fast, and this property has two pools. Going in I didn't know this was attached to the Kimpton. The 4th floor pool is for residences only (which you get to utilize staying here)...the 8th floor pool is the Kimpton's and it doesn't open until 11:00 for the residences (your key won't even let you on floor 8 until 11:00). We LOVED this pool, and chose to wait until 11. It has a full pool bar that is really good. The views are amazing of the intercostal, and on the weekends you have a view of the cruise ships in port. The unit has all the towels you need, a washer/dryer, and pool/beach towels. They even have FULL size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom (Pantene) which was awesome! I will definitely be back!

Amazing place

The condo is wonderful, clean with everything you could ever need for the stay including beach umbrellas. The hosts were amazingly responsive to every question we had. The building is in a perfect location next to many restaurants, two short blocks from the beach, and has every amenity you'd need for a pleasant stay. It is very high tech, so make sure you practice your Alexa skills before you go!
