Welcome to your cozy studio suite at the renowned Conrad Hotel, perfectly located in the vibrant heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach. This stylishly designed studio offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. With the capacity to accommodate up to four guests, this suite combines the comforts of home with the upscale services of a 5-star oceanfront hotel.
REMINDERS:

- You need to provide the names of all guests staying in the unit
- All guests will be greeted by our representative and check in at the Hotel Lobby
- Guest MUST provide an Estimate Time Arrival 24 hours prior to the check in
- Check in time is 4pm - STRICTLY NO EARLY CHECK-INS!
- Check out time is 11am - STRICTLY NO LATE CHECK OUTS!
- Daily Housekeeping is available but limited hours only

This is a privately owned unit in this beautiful luxurious hotel. You will be able to enjoy its amenities, however, there are a few guidelines that we need to comply with.

FEES AND DEPOSIT

‣ RESORT FEE: $45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:
* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.
* Sunrise Yoga Classes
* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults
* 2 Bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* Local and toll free calls
* Internet access
* Access to the pool deck and whirlpool
* Fitness Center

‣ OPTIONAL FEES
Valet Parking Fee: $64.20 per night (Optional) Please let us know at time of booking if you need parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There will be a link that you need to fill out to provide your card information for the below.  
- $500/night damage deposit authorization (This is not an actual, only an Authorization hold for incidentals) 

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM
STRICTLY NO Smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room

- Please do not charge anything to room, otherwise there will be an additional 10% fee.

A Total Dream

The property was incredible and the room was clean, well stocked, and we were very well taken care of. The check in process was easy and we had full access to all the hotel amenities like the pool, beach, room service, and daily cleaning. The host was very responsive on any communication and we even used the kitchen to cook to save a bit of money. We are hoping to come back next year!

Great Fort Lauderdale Stay!

I would highly recommend this unit at The Conrad. It is very clean and pretty inside. It was quiet at night to sleep for several reasons. I don't usually sleep well at hotels when it's a big party place and doors slamming at all hours of the night or the AC unit going on and off. I slept really well! It's a solid building so I did not hear noise at all in the evening and the AC unit as a setting to leave the fan "on" at all times (for night). Perfect! The restaurants in the building are really good and right behind the hotel is a newer very cute area with a neighborhood coffee/bakery and wine garden restaurant. The location is great, for you can walk across the street and go for a walk/run in either direction or sit on the beach to relax. Plenty of additional restaurants in the area and Las Olas is not far if you want to venture that way for more options. The bed was very comfortable. Great overall.

Spacious & beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay in this room & just wished we had longer time to fully enjoy all the amenities, restaurants, beach & views! We’ll be back!
