L’endroit est trĂšs bien situĂ© PrĂšs de la plage des minimes.Venant du Canada , il n’était pas inscrit qu’il y aurait une charge de 50 pour des draps ,serviettes et torchons pour la cuisine. J’ai Ă©tĂ© déçu de cet surcharge et pas de WiFi mĂȘme s’il Ă©tait indiquĂ© qu’il y en avait . En novembre lorsque j’ai rĂ©servĂ© il Ă©tait indiquĂ© climatisation mais il n’y en avait . La propretĂ© Ă©tait correct sans plus . La piscine , trĂšs propre.

Déçu de la location les photos c'Ă©tait superbe lorsqu'on est arrivĂ© ce n'Ă©tait pas du tout pareil sal j'Ă©tais obligĂ© de relaver la salle de bain la douche crade c'Ă©tait stipulĂ© avec une clim pas de clim il y avait un ventilateur au plafond le bacon avec la table et les chaises vĂ©tuste ma vue les poubelles du bruit je suis trĂšs trĂšs déçu il n'y avait pas de sĂšche cheveux n'y de sĂ©choir a linge il y avait bien les pinces mais le le reste j'ai envoyĂ© un message a la propriĂ©taire qui m'a appelĂ© je lui ai dis que j'Ă©tais déçu qu'il n'y avait pas de clim elle m'a rĂ©pondu il ne fais pas chaud dans l'appartement elle m'a fait apporter un sĂšche cheveux et un sĂ©choir a linge mais la reste zĂ©ro nveau propretĂ© je suis quand mĂȘme restĂ© car je ne me voyais pas recherchĂ© une location mais c'est vraiment exagĂ©rĂ© d'Ă©mettre de belles photos et quand on arrive c'est pas du tout pareil

Accueil et échanges sympathiques Studio propre, lumineux et fonctionnel Résidence sécurisée proche de la plage (10 min à pied) et centre ville accessible. Petits commerces et restos à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à La Rochelle.
