great for extended family weekend
We rented this house for an extended family celebration of my son's graduation. There was plenty of space to sit together or in smaller groups. Bedding was flexible and there was plenty of bathroom space. House was clean and well-stocked with whatever we needed.

Spacious, clean, comfortable walk to the beach
Have stayed at this property year after year and I'm never disappointed. Love the recent bathroom update. Every year there is another improvement. Our family gets together annually in Rhode Island. It's a great spot for the beach and many other activities.

Best house ever!
I have been staying at this house since 2007. My children are older now and have moved away but still request to rent 'our' house in Narragansett. We have found the owners very cooperative and easy to work with. It is clean, always has a breeze, and an easy walk to the beach.

Lovely home-great location-easy walk to beach.
This was our first visit to Rhode Island and it was great. The house is clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to deal with and very helpful. They really made our stay there enjoyable with all the little extra perks. A short walk to a clean, family beach with lots of amenities. We were midway between Pt. Judith and The Towers so lots available. A short ride into Newport and right up the road from "Spain" a fantastic restaurant. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place near the beach and close to attractions.
