We wanted to model our Condo to match the beauty of the Emerald Coast, so we underwent a major 100K renovation in 2019 for our Unit 1408!!

Our Condo is bright, open spaces, modern, clean lines, up to date with all new furnishings and decor from local boutiques, beautifully painted with palettes of grays and whites. It is just gorgeous, you will love it.

BRAND NEW: marble and subway tile bathrooms, tile flooring, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new furniture including new bedrooms, mattresses that power to sitting position, new leather living room furniture, new dining room table, chairs and bench for 8 to 10 dinner guests, new lights, modern fans, new window shades, new doors, shiplap and other decor. We improved all the details, crown molding, interior stylish doors and hardware, it really is beautiful.

We wanted our Condo to stand out from all the other 3 BR/3BA Condos, you be the judge. In fact, compare and contrast pictures and you will see the upgrades, the beauty and the difference. We removed all the carpets as well and installed new 20 x 20 Sahara Desert Tile for a fresh, clean, germ-free environment.

This Condo is great for one, two or three families or a group of 8 friends. It sleeps 8 comfortably. Each bedroom has a privacy door and balcony slider door.
