This home is located near Montgomery, Conroe, the Woodlands, and Houston. There is accessibility to many different restaurants and stores for shopping. There are numerous parks to visit in both Conroe and the Woodlands. There are many brewery and winery companies to visit. For summertime, there is a water park in Spring, Texas, that is only 30 minutes away. There are also many hospitals and lots of clinics located in Conroe and Montgomery.
Keep in mind, that if you are booking with a group of 6, they must fit into the 3 beds provided...meaning, you shouldn't book with us if you have 4- 6 single adults crashing throughout the house....We are not a good fit for groups that want to party or are just looking for a house they can split with 6 people.

The large deck with glass table tops, fire-pits, a grill and a ton of seating is perfect if you are dining, relaxing with wine or morning coffee. Which can be accessed from the kitchen or the Master bedroom. The deck has lighting great for night time entertaining, with patio string lights, outside lighting and a unique large lite, tree stump, glass top table that adds beauty in interest to this lovely area....With a putting green!
