Charming Cottage 1 1/2 blocks to the Beach

Charming Private Beach Cottage just 1 1/2 blocks to the Beach with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows to enjoy those fabulous ocean breezes! This home is special because it feels so private. Some of the windows look out at lovely plants and flowers. The home sits above the street behind so there is more privacy and better breezes and you can see the colors of the sky at sunset. You are buffered from the front home by the private yard and 2 car garage (which is for the front house). There are only two steps up to the front door. Queen bed in the bedroom and a Room and Board sofa queen bed in the Living Room offers additional comfortable sleeping. Room A/C available but can be stored if not needed. Parking in the driveway for one car only in front of the single garage. Full kitchen with microwave, gas oven & stove, full size refrigerator and ample cook ware, dishes, utensils for meal preparation. C Wi-Fi and internet accessible and streaming TV! Walk to gourmet dining, and boutiques. Pedal bike and electric bike rentals close by for cycling on the strand! This home is a joy to live in!

Leave used sheets that you strip as well as your towels in the hamper (stored in the closet). Leave hamper in bathroom. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Parking for 1 car only in front of the single garage. It is safest to back down the driveway so you have better visibility when pulling out.
Due to a sump pump to assist the sewer, do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. No wipes or feminine products,
Please bring the trash cans up to the street on Sun for pickup on Mon.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property so my brother, sister, mom and myself could all live together ( 3 units total). But my mom has passed away and my brother and sister prefer Colorado, so I spend a lot of time there. I fell in love with the place because of the old world charm.
