Great location! You are within walking distance of restaurants, Dickson Street, the Square, the Greenway and the Neighborhood Walmart. The house is well stocked and very clean. We have stayed here multiple times. The host is very easy to work with.

We had a fantastic stay while visiting Fayetteville for a University of Arkansas football weekend with two other couples. The location could not have been better and was convenient to both downtown Fayetteville and the stadium, which made getting around during a busy football weekend very easy.The house itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. It had everything we needed for three couples to enjoy the weekend and truly felt like a great home base for our time in Fayetteville.What further made the experience stand out, though, was Danielle. She was an outstanding host responsive, accommodating, and genuinely one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with in all of our rental experiences.We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Fayetteville, especially for a Razorback football weekend. We will absolutely look to stay here again on a future trip to Fayetteville. Five stars all around!

If you are staying in Fayetteville, this VRBO is the place to stay. The home is beautifully furnished and close to Campus, Downtown areas and plenty of eateries. We had family from all over the country come in for graduation and we were all comfortable. With plenty of room for family time together inside and out. Danielle was a wonderful Host and responsive to any inquiries. Would book again!

This property was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best stays we have ever had. The home was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. The location could not have been better — centrally located and within walking distance to great restaurants, nightlife, and everything we wanted to enjoy.The owners were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and charmingly sweet. They allowed us an early check-in with no fuss at all, which made the start of our trip even better. We truly loved staying here. I can't imagine ever staying at another VRBO in Fayetteville. They had everything you could need and more as far as kitchen items, cleaning products, linens and towels. The home is very well decorated and furniture was comfortable. Danielle, the host was so kind, accommodating, easy to communicate with, and went above to make sure we were happy. We were blessed to be able to stay here.

Wonderful place! Owners checked on us via text to see if we needed anything, very clean, stocked kitchen, walked to Dixon…The only issue we had was the construction, but that had nothing to do with the owners and we were told in advance. Would definitely recommend!

Hello! I'm Danielle and my husband and I purchased this home because we enjoy coming to Fayetteville and wanted to have a nice place to stay while we visited. We live in a small town and like spending time enjoying city life. We are fans of theater, architecture, the arts and especially interior design. This home brought many of those elements together. The Southwest House decor was inspired by the colors of the high deserts of the Southwest USA (as suggested by our street address), furnished and decorated with mid-century modern furniture and an overall modern aesthetic. We are happy to share our home with you and hope you love being in the center of Fayetteville as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

When we found this house, we thought the location couldn't be more perfect. Our property adjoins the Frisco Trail (part of the 37 mile Razorback Greenway), is within walking distance of a Walmart Neighborhood Market, the Prairie St. Bar & Tap, Mamaka Bowls smoothies, the downtown square, shops, restaurants, the South Yard, the library, Theater Squared, the Walton Arts Center and the University of Arkansas Fayetteville campus. We are also close to Bentonville and the Crystal Bridges Museum so visiting the area and having a beautiful place to stay has been a privilege.

This home evokes a sense of calmness and welcomes you to take a moment to relax. With three outdoor lounge areas, you have your choice of where to drink your morning coffee. Hop on the trail for an easy walk to brunch, a yoga class, farmers market in the town square or even to a Razorback game. The main space, with its large sliding glass doors, is full of natural light and lounge area for enjoying a moment with the family or watching your favorite sports on the large flatscreen. Each bedroom is its own private sanctuary with comfy beds and linens, private baths, blackout blinds and special curated design touches that make each space unique.
