Great spacious area with plenty of dining and living space to accommodate large groups. Would love to have been able to utilize the outdoor area more but we had storms and it was a little cooler than we were hoping. Will definitely be staying here again if ever back in the area!

This home and property were incredibly spacious and welcoming. We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday with our extended family, and everyone was comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Amazing Getaway!

We hosted a small bachelorette party here and it was 10/10 the best experience we’ve had with VRBO. The property is huge, clean, and has everything you need. The pool and hot tubs were sparkling clean and the rooms were so comfortable. The owners provided easy check in and check out instructions and were so kind. Definitely will be booking here again!

Great vaca!

We had a wonderful time with our family! We played basketball, ping pong, spike ball, corn hole, shuffle board, and swam for hours each day. Our grandkids loved to walk around the acreage and we took advantage of the rocking chairs on the porch while the kids were safe in the fenced area. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. We've come in winter both times so never got to use the pool but we have enjoyed the hot tubs. The house is in a great location to U of A/Dickson/center of town - definitely not walking distance but a 10min drive. The house is very spacious with multiple sitting areas and the ping pong and shuffleboard are fun amenities. It does need updating, especially upstairs, but has always been very clean. Highly recommend.

Came to Fayetteville for a sorority celebration. Had a gathering of women from an 80’s pledge class. It was a huge property with great parking! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Our family was able to stay comfortably at this house for our son’s wedding. Besides a pool and two hot tubs, there are plenty of games and room to run outside for our kids of all ages. The house is spacious and most important-it was spotless. Justin was so good at answering any questions and easy to work with. Great trip!

Great Arkansas House

As Advertised and even better!!!The house has everything for a family get away. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. Very easy check in process. Plenty of seating. We had four family’s stay here for a baseball tournament and I highly recommend this house!

We had a great time at this beautiful home! The house has everything you need and enough room for everyone to spread out and relax if needed. The pool is amazing and we loved having a bathroom outside so we didn’t have to run in and out of the house. The location is perfect. Super close to Walmart if you forgot something and the University is maybe 5 mins away. We had a great time!

My wife and I are both educators in Northwest Arkansas and have 3 kids - 19, 16 and 5. We have worked very hard to make this property something really special. Why they chose this property

The moment we walked onto the grounds we knew this place was special. It was built in 1958 by a home builder for he, his wife and their growing family. Every touch in the home was well thought out and the grounds, pool and surrounding land are so beautiful. There are owls and deer who frequently stop by. We updated much of the home, but still wanted to keep the charm in tact (minus the pink wall paper of course).

What makes this property unique

Beautiful pool with two hot tubs, basketball court in back yard (outside the fence), lots of room to play, and our newest addition... a 6 hole disc golf course.
