Excellent location! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bikes, boogie boards and sand toys. We rented a total of three homes from the host for a family reunion and it was a fantastic time.

Quick getaway with dogs

The location is excellent and easy walk to beach. The space is user friendly with a neat little back yard for morning coffee and dog containment. Communication @stay was professional and easy.

Dolphin House Dream

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for a subdued beach setting. VERY close to the beach and it comes with all you need aside from sunscreen, sandals and swimsuit to enjoy the ocean. Very relaxing location and absolutely would stay there again if I go to Vero Beach.

Love proximity to the beach

We loved everything about this stay. Chris was so prompt and accomadating;house was clean and well stocked. It was just as described on the listing. The beach was so close we walked over 2 or 3 times a day. Would definitely return.

Beach Lovers Paradise

This is an amazing property that has a location of one block to Vero beach south Park. Hereyou can enjoy the waves and swim or walk along the beach up to the town of Vero Beach as well as south towards isolated areas. It is also a wonderful place to fish and has many fine restaurants nearby. The house itself has two separate areas and a backyard with patio, which is very private. We have been going here for many years and I strongly recommend this property. The owner is very helpful and friendly as well.

Great Location!!

The location was fabulous. A very short walk to the beach and all activities. The property is dated - but charming and funky :)There are some items that definitely need addressing. Cleanliness was not the best. This place could use a very deep cleaning. There were also some maintenance items. Oven does not work properly (wrong temps) and toilets are slow to flush. Again - great location!

Perfect for multi generations

Great set up - home with a second wing for either older children or grandparents. Well equipped kitchen, children's accessories, and beach necessities for the short walk to the beach.Hosts Chris and his son Nick were very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and prompt in addressing one glitch with the washing machine.

The PERFECT beach house

I booked this house for a bachelorette trip. The house is SOO close to the beach and has literally everything you need and plenty of beach chairs for you group! The kitchen is stocked so well. We ate all of our meal and there was any kitchen tool that I need, additionally we were making three pizzas and the owner brought over even more pizza trays for us! The amount of fridge space that you have is so nice. As well they have all of the beach towels you would need to go to the beach everyday. Including a set of washer and dryer that you are welcome to us. The attention to detail and the assistance regarding anything in the house they were so quick to help. The owner of this house and the house itself were a true blessing to my friends and I. This house is what made the bachelorette trip incredible. Thank you so much for making it so special.

The house fit 8 adults and 1 baby comfortably. It’s a short walk to the beach and had all the items you would want to take to the beach. The air conditioner needs some work, they brought us a window unit.

We had a nice time and the owners were very communicative and very nice. Wish we could have had an enclosed outdoor space but I knew that because there was none listed. Loved being near the beach and down town

Perfect Beach Location

This house has the perfect location if you want to be able to walk to the beach. South Beach Park is a four houses away down a short block. This park opens up to a great family beach with a great atmosphere for everyone. It also has long beautiful beaches on either side if you want to get away or head to the beach with your fishing pole and catch some Pampano Fish which are very tasty. North you can walk to the town of Vero Beach or south head to miles of sand with very few people. The house is wonderful too as it has a separate apartment with it's own kitchen and bath. Also the patio is a wonderful place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lastly the owner is a very helpful and always ready if something is needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return!

This was are 4th time in this house the place is older but the location is outstanding.

While it would be very helpful to remove some of the extra/unnecessary furniture in this house, it is quirky and is great for families. Location is wonderful, management staff is highly organized and communicative.

Nothing fancy but a nice little beach bungalow. Great location, great price. Provided all of the beach necessities. Owner was great. The only draw back is that the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the heat, but it was managable.

House was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. To our surprise there were beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards and lots of other beach stuff to use. Walk to the beach was easy. Volleyball courts were a plus as you walked onto the beach. House met all our needs as a family of 6. Would recommend.

Dolphin Cottage is owned and managed by the Dudek Family, who are based right here on the island in beautiful Vero Beach. Chris and Jessica are exceptional hosts who love the beach life and are available 24/7 to take care of your every need. You may even bump into their wonderful kids Christian, Nick or Cali, who often help out when they are in town. Mitch, a Chinese folk arts museum owner who has lived and worked in China for over 40 years, contributed some cute Chinese antiques artwork which help to make the Dolphin Cottage oriental beach style so charming. Don't worry, the house is entirely kid and dog friendly!

Our friends and family members regularly stay at Dolphin Cottage when they are in town, so naturally we do all that we can to make sure that the house is well stocked with the essentials and in good order at all times. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
