Beautiful 7 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home located in Henlopen Acres. Home is steps from a beautiful private beach and located on a peaceful waterfront setting. Watch herons and ducks out the back door. Short walk to downtown Rehoboth with great restaurants, boardwalk and fun for the family. Great biking in Henlopen State Park just a short walk or ride from the home. Great Golf and tennis close by. The ocean is less than a block away. Crab from the dock or sip your favorite beverage overlooking the water. Home is decorated comfortably with a beach flair. Comfortable living area, patio and dock. Casual home to enjoy a great family vacation with everything Rehoboth offers within walking distance.
