Cuatro cabañas arriba de la playa y directamente en Seaside propiamente dicha, ¡seguro que verás varios areneros propios corriendo por las playas de arena blanca de Seaside mientras te hospedas en nuestra cabaña Sandpiper! Dentro de nuestra cabaña encontrará una acogedora sala de estar completa con TV HD, DVD y estación de conexión para iPod / iPad / iPhone. ¡Un pasillo corto de distancia es una cocina digna de un rey culinario! Los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable están flanqueados por gabinetes de diseño y encimeras de corian negro con una cómoda área de comedor para sentarse y disfrutar de su desayuno antes de salir a la playa. Un baño completo de diseño europeo (solo ducha) abajo junto con la lavadora / secadora y la ducha exterior completan el nivel principal.

Arriba encontrarás tus dos habitaciones. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, TV de pantalla plana completamente nueva y puertas francesas que te llevan a tu propio balcón privado. ¡Disfrute de su café matutino en una de las cuatro sillas Adirondack o su cóctel por la tarde después de un día de compras por la ciudad! El segundo dormitorio para 4 personas con una cama matrimonial y dos gemelos. ¡Otro baño de diseño europeo completo con ducha y bañera independiente vintage le permitirá disfrutar de un baño con estilo!

Estamos ubicados a 2 cuadras al oeste de la plaza del pueblo y la cuarta cabaña de la playa, ¡Sandpiper es el sueño de los vacacionistas! El centro de natación / tenis / gimnasio está al otro lado de la calle Savannah, ¡a solo 100 metros de distancia!

En esta cabaña para no fumadores se proporcionan sillas de playa, sombrillas, flotadores y otros juguetes de playa.

Esta cabaña es AMIGABLE CON LAS MASCOTAS: permitimos un perro que no se muda de 20 lb o menos por una tarifa adicional de $ 150 por mascota. (Se agregará una tarifa a su reserva después de que reserve).

The area is close to restaurants and food trucks in walking distance. The beach is a short walk and was not crowded during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Leave of Absence! It’s tucked back on a footpath so you’re away from all the noise and foot traffic. The screened in patio was so charming and cozy and the house had everything we needed! Already talking about when we can come back!

We had a great time in Seaside at Sandpiper! The decor of the house was very charming, and the location was great and so convenient to the beach and town. The owners were able to address all our questions and gave lots of good suggestions to help us enjoy our stay. Our family of 5 fit well in the space and we are all hoping to return next summer!

Seaside Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Persuasion. Cottage was clean and well stocked for our needs. Close proximity to the city center and the beach. Only slight issue was the downstairs bathtub stopper didn’t work, but we figured out a work around. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great little home. Very peaceful and the location was the best part. No real complaints. Might could have used a new blind or 2 on the windows.. i would stay again would definitely recommend this place.

Nice but think there’s a mold problem

The house was clean, neat and great location to the square and beach access. However when I walked in I smelled mold immediately and then I proceeded to get sick. Which was a bummer.

Thank you for your review. We had the home professionally inspected upon your departure. No mold was detected and the home did not require any remediation (thank goodness!) The smell may have been due to sitting vacant during the winter months- sorry that was a nuisance during your stay, and this has not been a continuing issue.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. We could tell there was some transition work starting to happen as the property just sold but looks to be for the better! While there were no closets, the smart use of storage with hooks and drawers under beds took care of that no problem. It had everything we needed, the furniture and beds were quite comfortable and I loved having my coffee out on the balcony or front porch. Our 11 and 13yr old kids had adequate space in their room and their favorite part was walking into town to grab food at the airstreams. We did use the exercise amenities, indoor pool and paid to rent the pickleball court for an hour so that was a nice addition to have when the weather was rainy. Thanks for a great stay and hope to be back!

Seaside stay

Great locations minutes from the beach. The property is small but worked well for a family of four. Everything functioned in the house but the house is becoming a bit tired and needs a refresh. Sofa and chairs are getting well used and worn out. The king bed in the master did not have a proper headboard and my pillow kept sliding away, which was a bit annoying. When we arrived the water pipe burst under the house and had to be fixed. The property management gets credit for addressing it immediately and fixing it right away. Good experience overall but will stay at a bigger house next time with a proper street view.

Great location - smaller in real life

This is the ideal location, you can't get any better. We are here with our 4 and 5 year old daughters, and we can walk the 40 yards to the beach, and two streets to the town very easily. I agree that the house is smaller than it looks, but perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The top bunk is up against a slanted ceiling, and has very steep ladder, so really only good for a bigger kid or an uncomfortable adult. The coffee maker was broken upon arrival (someone quickly came with a new one), but the TV/DVD player in the bunk room doesn't change channels or work for dvds. The kitchen could use an updating of equipment, not that many dishes, plates, etc if you are staying a week, but it does have everything you need. The beach umbrella provided is not a useable beach umbrella, and the chairs are a little beat up, but we just used the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach that you can rent. There are no screens on the windows to allow a breeze in (i'm sure that's to protect from humidity) but the screened in porch is fantastic. With all of these little things, it doesn't deduct from the amazing location of the house. And, we had a dozen fresh donuts delivered courtesy of the rental agency, huge bonus in the kids eyes:) We would stay here again for sure!

Thank you so much for your feedback. We have since added more kitchen items, we have also replaced the bureau in the bunk room and placed a new TV in there that can easily be enjoyed by all. You are right, the top bunk is a tight squeeze for an adult, but most of our kids love sleeping up there as it feels a bit like a fort. The double bottom bunk and extra twin bed provide some extra options if need be. Thank you again for the feedback, we strive to bring the very best service to all of our guests. Great Seaside Experience

I had a wonderful time staying at this property! The location was superb with easy access to the beach and right around the corner from the town square. The cottage was clean and fresh with up-to-date finishes and comfortable furnishings. Will seek this location out again for a future stay!

Great place and location

Family of 5 stayed for a week. The house was the perfect size and was well equipped and in great condition and very clean with recently updated furniture. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances. Screened in porch was everyone’s favorite place to start the day and wind it down. Lots of TVs that were never turned on. Excellent location only a 3 min walk to downtown and to the beach. We have no complaints and would stay there again without a thought.

Sandpiper Review

Overall I would highly recommend this property because it is on the east side of downtown Seaside and within walking distance to the beach and town center. The property has great parking for two cars which is hard to find at Seaside. Very convenient location to shops, dining, the beach and great place for pets!

Family has enjoyed Seaside for over twenty years. Have experienced both the largest and smallest homes. We look for comfort and atmosphere. Sandpiper was perfect! Wonderful beach cottage.

Loved the Sandpiper

It was perfect for us , my daughter and two granddaughters. Loved the location to the beach and seaside shopping. The house needs a few repairs but we had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home. We have always loved Seaside.
