A wonderful winter getaway in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice three bedroom home for a longer stay. The small subdivision is occupied by a mixture of Mexican residents, expat residents and snowbirds. Taking our older pooch for walks introduced us to most of the residents who ended up befriending us. We went south to avoid another hard winter and were glad we did. The home is of straightforward finish as you can see from the pictures. If you have trouble with stairs this property will present a challenge. The owners are accommodating and the local house manager is ready to line you up with any help you might need. But the climate, the warm mornings on the lanai enjoying a leisurely coffee and the sunsets on the lanai enjoying an adult beverage will always be remembered.

Stunning view!!!

The view from this location is stunning!! You can see the arch of Cabo San Lucas from the balcony. The location is also a plus, and it was easy to travel around the city. The house itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, and cooking utensils that we needed. I highly recommend it!!

I have purchased my second home in Cabo more than 10 years ago because I like to be in a beautiful weather all year long and of course I am a big fan of good Mexican food! I am semi professional surfer in the past, fisherman and a pretty good golfer. Sorry garage parking is not available, because I keep my boat there:)

Casa Kaulana is conveniently located in Cabo corridor area. Close to Costco and Walmart. And only 10-15 min away from town. Easy 25-30 min drive to San Jose. I have a local property manager who will take a good care of you!

Travel with your pet! We allow up to 2 dogs (well trained) for $100/month and a refundable security pet deposit of $300. Our local property manager will be in touch with you after the booking is made and right before your arrival and any time you have questions.
