Want to spend your mornings sipping coffee on the porch with an ocean view? Is walking distance to Belly Busters, Seacrets and/or the Convention Center enticing? Look no further!
Ocean Winds Unit 6 is the perfect vacation spot for a family or small gathering of mature friends. Located on quiet 43rd street, there are no high-rises, just family filled condos and houses. Oceanside, and less than 70 steps to the beach!
If you are even mildly interested, please inquire! I'm happy to share more information about the location and rates and answer questions so you can find the right spot for your vacation!
ABOUT THE CONDO:
- WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY during high season 2021- Jun 13 to Aug 28 - Saturday to Saturday - Check in 3pm, Check out 11am
- Located on the third floor; walk-up.
- Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed.
- Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.
- Living space features a couch with a pull-out mattress.
- Kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer, range, and dishwasher; table and four chairs; coffee pot.
- Bathroom has a stall shower. Additional shower with hot water is behind the building and shared with other units. Great for sandy feet and rinsing off the beach day!
- Onsite parking for one vehicle guaranteed. Street parking for additional vehicles (at your own risk!).
- Please note I've added an admin fee for Worcester County taxes (5%) since VRBO can't customize this currently. Sorry for the inconvenience -- it's required. ($8.75 / night during high season; I'll adjust other rates manually as needed.)
YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Linens, including sheets, towels, and beach towels. (Shared laundry facility onsite available.)
- Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
- Your vacation vibe!
WE PROVIDE:
- All cleaning products -- this is a clean-when-you-leave property; leave it as you found it. Cleaning service is additional charge.
- Beach chairs (2).
- Sand toys available upon request.
CLOSE PROXIMTY TO:
- OCMD Convention Center (2 blocks)
- On De Bay Seafood - amazing crabs! (Same block!)
- Belly Busters - fish tacos and great staff (2 blocks)
- Seacrets - the legend you know and love! (6 blocks)
- Barn 34 - amazing brunch! (9 blocks)
- Jolly Roger Amusement Park - for the kids (11 blocks)
- Fagers Island - OC's best sunset! (13 blocks)

I'm Robin! I've owned property in this building for 30+ years. I'm a retired ad executive, and now full-time beach bum and grandmother. I live in the same building, and I'm available if you need anything or have any questions! I'm also happy to provide a recommendation for food, drinks, or fun in the area. I might also be able to help you secure things like baby-sitting or help you set-up experiences that aren't typically available to the average visitor (VIP at Seacrets, last minute reservations at hot spots).

I've owned Unit 4 since 1986, Unit 2 since 2014, and Unit 6 since last year.
Over the last 30+ years, I've vacationed and eventually lived in OCMD with four daughters, their now-husbands, my six grandchildren, and plenty of family and friends. With the short walk to the beach and ideal street location, 43rd street is the perfect family street. Close to lots of great restaurants, but not overcrowded. We have amazing lifeguards and lots of kids and families who are regulars on the block.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Super family oriented block (we call the kids on 43rd the "43rd St. Mafia" because they get so close during the summer!). Close to Seacrets; possible VIP treatment for one night of your stay! Close to great food (Belly Busters, Taphouse, On de Bay Seafood)!
