A 90-sq.m, newly renovated, single storey house presents a main living area with a lounge area with a TV and a dining room opening on the kitchen. The kitchen offers an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge freezer. The master bedroom has a 140-cm double bed and an en suite bathroom with WC. Two other rooms — one with two twin beds and one with a 140-cm double bed — share a bathroom. There is a separate toilet. The laundry room features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a freezer. The barbecue area boasts a stone table. There is a shaded terrace by the swimming pool.
