Charming farmhouse with pool on large property just outside the unspoiled town of Ansouis. We enjoyed every day there and when a couple of minor issues came up the host Jean Luc was very prompt and responsive
Wonderful location, and very comfortable house, even though we had a very cold week in December. When we arrived we were received with a nice fire in the outdoor firepit, and a collection of chocolates, cookies, red wine and even wonderful olive oil from the olive trees on the property. Loved every minuted of our stay.
A beautiful house in a stunning location. Patricia was there to welcome us when we arrived and really has gone the extra mile to make sure her guests are comfortable. Wonderful pool, outdoor seating everywhere to chase the shade…..everything you could ask for! Hope to go back!!
Beautifully maintained and equipped home very close to quaint towns and historic sites. We were impressed with the pastoral landscape and beautiful orchards, and appreciated the pool during the hot weather. We hope to return one day!
This was a very special place that I would gladly revisit. Very cozy and comfortable. The hosts work hard to please if anything goes awry. The setting is amazing. Very great stay!
Thank you so much. Lovely house in a great place for exploring the region. Really well equipped and comfortable. We were able to really relax. Swimming pool great. We were serenaded by several nightingales in the trees nearby. Cherries from the tree were delicious!
We arrived during a canicule with temperatures hitting 40 degrees but the house was nice and cool. The pool was cleaned every morning. There are plenty of places to sit and relax and tables to eat outside. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils and plenty of crockey and dishes to cope with the optimum number of guests. Ansouis is a beautiful village with superb views of the surrounding countryside from the summit and a small but good selection of places to eat.
We stayed for 5,5 weeks in this wonderful house. It was very comfortable. We had some holidays and worked from this location. Internet was perfect and no problems working form here. The house has everything and we did not misss anything. The host also prepared the pool, but this time of year (feb/march), it was too cold. The nearby town is great. We a fantastic Patisserie and a 1star restaurant.

Provence Farm
A lovely property in a great location. Pleasant hosts. Immaculate swimming pool.
Only the top shower room suitable as almost impossible to get into the small shower downstairs. Therefore difficult with six adults and an infant
The house, garden and pool were a piece of paradise in Provence and made for a relaxing holiday. The house was well equipped and the owners communicated quickly. Ansouis and surrounds were beautiful with fantastic markets offering an authentic French experience. Thanks for a memorable stay and we would have loved to have stayed longer. Merci to the pool man for those amazing tomatoes.
The property was very clean and tidy, the kitchen well provided with equipment and pots and pans. The owners were attentive and communicated when needed, but did not intrude. We reported a faulty light and it was repaired promptly. The pool area was well provided with loungers and kept very clean. There were plenty of sitting areas inside and out and the whole place was comfortable and extremely peaceful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
The property has a lovely farmhouse, rural feel to it. It is spacious and spread out with places for different members of the family to do their own thing. Outside is a lovely pool and surrounding sitting area but be aware it is quite deep so smaller children would need to be good swimmers. There are tables and chairs for outdoors meals and plenty of chill out spaces around the extensive grounds. The lighting after dark is very pretty. There is not too much to do in the neighbourhood but for a several generation family get together holiday it was great,
House is great, very well equipped, loads of seating areas, pool very clean and great for us (would not be ideal for very small children as there is no shallow end), 4 bedrooms with 3 twins and one double, table tennis table and short drive to Ansouis (small market is on Sunday).
Apart from the hill towns there isn't massive amounts to do, but gets full marks for a relaxing stay in a great house with a pool.
For teenagers there is an total wipeout style inflatable structure at lac de peyrolles about 30 minutes away. We also did canyoning near sisteron but that is more like 90 minutes.
Hosts great and communicative and the giant tomatoes were much appreciated.
Patricia and Jean-Luc have a wonderful property. The house and grounds are fantastic. Easy to communicate with and exactly as described.
We had a wonderful stay in Ansouis. It is such a pretty village with a great boulangerie, and a fab patisserie.
Wider still we enjoyed visiting Curcuron, Lourmarin (our favourite), the aqua park at Lac de Peyrolles, Aix en Provence (beautiful), Avignon, but most impressive was our trip out to the Gorge du Verdon - truly stunning.
The pool area in the property is well maintained daily by the pool chap and Jean Luc. Always silently done so not to disturb if we had a lazy morning.
We could not have asked for anything more from our holiday. Thank you Solliers!!
La maison est pleine de charme et tres agréable à vivre dans un tres beau cadre. Delicate attention des propriétaires : huile d'olive, vin, gâteaux et papillotes.
L’hôte très accueillant.Maison très agréable et bien équipe pour passé Noel.Host very welcoming.House very agreeable and well equipped to have Xmas there.
