A beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath beach townhouse that sits only yards away from the sandy shores of Mexico Beach! Fully equipped electric kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, washer and dryer, CH/AC, Smart TV, and all the beach amenities imagable: beach towels, beach cart, 5 adult beach chairs, 2 youth, beach umbrella, and boogie boards for the kids! Both bedrooms offer full baths. The master bedroom has a private balcony that allows a limited beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs features a large family room and dining for six. The family room has a full sleeper sofa and a smart tv. Also, downstairs a laundry room, kitchen, and half bath. Grill up your catch on a gas grill in a private fenced patio. No need to worry about linens, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels because this home has your family prepared to enjoy your getaway without the hassles!
The location of this townhouse is 200 yards from public beach assess. Go one block and you’re on the porch of the Mexico Beach Marina which can prepare you for all of your fishing needs. Also, there is a beach equipment rental company that rents bikes, kayaks, and golf carts within walking distance. Browse the cute beach shops and coffee shop right down the road as well as a variety of food trucks which include BBQ and pizza. Enjoy the many restaurants available in Port St Joe-15 minutes away. The nearest Walmart is 30 minutes away. Enjoy the Gulf breeze, spectacular sunsets, emerald waters where the dolphins play, and only steps to the white sandy beach. What a great time in Mexico Beach! Loved how clean and well kept the space was. It had everything we needed and more for our stay. The beach is only a short walk from the unit, and the handy beach cart that was available helped make this super easy. Thanks so much for hosting us, we can’t wait to come back someday
