East Mexico Beach: Large 2 bedrms with a queen in the master bedrm & twins in the smaller bedrm. 2 bathrms a full bath upstairs & a half bath downstairs. Off the master bedrm, there is a balcony with an unobstructed view of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washer/dryer. Has a nicely landscaped private patio with charcoal grill and outside setting. Room for 4 cars to park 2 in front and 2 behind the first 2 in front of unit..........

About Sandy Pope

Panama City is where my family and I vacationed when I was a child. I grew up in Birmingham AL and all my life I dreamed of living in FL. When I was 27 I joined the military and moved to Ft Walton Beach FL and met my husband and got married. After about 20 years there I relocated to Tyndall AFB and we moved Panama City. This is where we live today, only 30 minutes from Mexico Beach. Update I have retired after 32 years. Retirement date was 1 Jan 2017 Happy New Year!

After I finally got to FL the next thing I dreamed of was having a home on the beach. There were just to many people on the beaches in Ft Walton and Panama City Beaches so this is what lead us to Mexico Beach. It's beautiful here and just enought people for company but not crowded at all. My dream has come true and I'm sharing with you!

What makes this townhome unique

Beautiful townhome on beach located steps from the water with little or no waiting to cross the street. Hear the waves rushing upon the sparkling white sand from your private second story balcony. This is an awesome place to watch stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, if you prefer to stay in to watch. The unit is decorated in the coastal casual style, has a 42' TV in the livingrm and TVs in each bedrm. There is free WIFI & cable with 10 move channels, any type of music stations you like, and a DVD player. You also have an outside shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. This is an end unit with access to the backyard via a sidewalk beside the building. If you would like to bring your boat there is parking for this across the street.

Nice property - exactly as advertised!

Great job of updating an older property to make it a nice stay. Good value for the price. Nice view of the sunset from the balcony and great beach access. End unit is great - more privacy and less noise from other units. There is a great deal of highway noise - no sleeping late here. :-) We enjoyed our stay!

The beach was closer than I thought. The view from the upstairs balcony was awesome. Overall the condo was fabulous. Better than the pictures show. Loved it!!!!

Family meetup/getaway

Location was great, beach was great, house roomy and clean, had everything we needed. Did notice upstairs was harder to cool than downstairs but probably due to age of unit, was not a real big deal, had ceiling fans.

Rats all over the back patio

It was clean but the entire upstairs was hot with no ac vents the sleeper sofa killed my back and had to sleep on the floor and the lady kept my damage deposit with no damage and no proper window coverings for privacy

Owner's Response: Cassie, I really dislike keeping damage deposits but when there is damage to my property and I have to replace 2 sets of vertical blinds (the blinds were in good working order at check-in), 2 bed quilts and quite a few towels and wash cloths it is required for me to withhold damage deposits. I also have Terminix treat my place for pest every month but when you throw dead fish off the patio area you probably will see rats (the fish have been cleaned up). I’m sorry you didn’t find the sofa sleeper comfortable but everyone prefers a different type mattress and I can’t please all. My townhouse has air conditioner vents in every room upstairs with 2 vents in the master bedroom. I keep my place very clean (I personally clean it) and in good working order but when you left you left behind damage and many areas where extreme cleaning was needed…you left me no choice. Like said before I don’t like withholding damage deposits and I’m sure that is why you gave me only 1 star, but undoubtedly from my reviews other guest are very pleased with my place. Sandy
