East Mexico Beach: Large 2 bedrms avec une reine dans le master bedmings et jumeaux dans le bedrm plus petit. 2 salles de bain une salle de bain complÚte à l'étage et un demi-lavabo en bas. Au large du maßtre bedrm, il y a un balcon avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. Don't hesitate to book this one!

Aside from being a beautiful and spacious home, the location could not have been more perfect....a 30 second walk to the beach. The upper balcony was a great place to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks. Sandy was so kind and quick to respond to questions. She really did think of everything....including a super cute beach read on the nightstand!! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful

This home was just beautiful. We had such an amazing time and the host was absolutely amazing at communicating very promptly. We had no issues at all. The beach is very private very little people at the beach. This resort was quaint away from all of the bigger cities and people which was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this beautiful resort.

We LOVED Sandy’s Sandals! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was so short! Everything was truly as it appears in the pictures. Sandy was very responsive if we asked any questions. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect spot

The townhome is very clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony is so nice enjoyed with a cup of coffee in the morning. Short walk to the beach.

Spent the week on the beach listening to Margaritaville radio (rip Jimmy Buffett ❀). Property was beautiful and cozy. Scrabble game was a huge plus for us!! Beach was gorgeous, as always. Will be coming next year.

Nice Property

Nice property and neighborhood. Beach directly across the street and nice. We drove to Cape San Blas a few days. Unbelievably beautiful beaches and water. One opportunity for improvement at this property - guests should not be required to move garbage cans to the opposite end of the unit for pick up.

Great place to stay

We had a great week. The home is in a great location, not right on the beach but it only takes about a minute to walk across the street. The house is furnished well and was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable for 4 people. I hope to go back again.

Beautiful place and location!

We really enjoyed Sandy’s place! It was super clean and cute, had everything we could need during our stay and the location is perfect! Neighbors were friendly and helpful as well as other locals in the area. Close to nice restaurants and stores but on a quiet strip of beach that’s like your own piece of paradise. Sandy was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for Smaller Families

Me, my husband, and our toddler stayed here for the week! It was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and right across the street from a nice beach access. Beach was never crowded! Would highly recommend and go back in the future!

Great little place

Perfect location, just seconds from the beach/gulf. the condo is right on hwy 98 but surprisingly very little road noise inside the condo. We loved the upper deck off the master. Perfect for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Very clean inside. Everything worked. Owners are very responsive and great to deal with. When we come back, we will check this little place first.

Perfect Fall Vacation

We always love our Fall vacations and we were thrilled to find Sandy’s Sandal. This was our first trip to the St Joe Beach area and it did not disappoint. The weather was beautiful (a little cool for a couple of days) and the sunsets were incredible. The condo was just as described, very comfortable and had everything that we needed. I especially loved sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the view. It may not technically be considered oceanfront, but there is nothing blocking your view and the walk to the ocean’s edge only takes a minute. We dined at some of the local restaurants, picked up groceries in Port St Joe, and took short trips to Apalachicola and St George Island. We enjoyed meeting a few of the neighbors who were super friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great week and we can’t wait to come back!!

Panama City is where my family vacationed when I was a child. I grew up in Birmingham Alabama and all my life I dreamed of living in Florida. When I was 27 I joined the military and moved to Ft Walton Beach, FL where met my husband and got married. After about 20 years there we relocated to Tyndall AFB and moved Panama City. In 2018 we moved to St Joe Beach just down the street from the townhouse this is where we live today. Update I have retired after 32 years. Retirement date was 1 Jan 2017 Happy New Year!

After I finally got to Florida the next thing I dreamed of was having a home on the beach. There were just to many people on the beaches in Ft Walton and Panama City Beaches, so this is what lead us to St Joe Beach. It's beautiful here and just enough people for company, but not over crowded. My dream has come true and I'm sharing with you!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Sandy's Sandals was renovated after Hurricane Michael. The townhome is located across the street form the beach steps from the water with little or no waiting to cross the street. Hear the waves rushing upon the sparkling white sand from your private second story deck. This is an awesome place to watch stunning sunsets over the Gulf of America. If you prefer to stay in the unit is decorated in a coastal casual style, has a 55"TV in the livingrm and smart TVs in each bedrm. There is free WIFI, and a DVD player with large DVD library. You also have an outside shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. This is an end unit with access to the backyard via a sidewalk running down beside the building. If you would like to bring your boat there is parking for it across the street or at the other end of the building.
