Bella Casa is only 1.5 Blocks away from the Beach and Boardwalk. Nestled in a wonderful location. An easy walk to many attractions, restaurants, miniature golf, ice cream, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and Free Beach.

A 1st-floor Condo. 1800 square foot house. Bella Casa has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The open floor plan gives the house a spacious and roomy edge to it. The house easily accommodates 12 people. Designed and decorated to entertain a large group but cozy for smaller groups too.

Every room has been carefully thought out for your pleasure, and enjoyment to ensure an amazing vacation. An opened floor plan. A roomy Living Room with beautiful leather furniture. Kick back and relax on the comfy extra-long sofa or loveseat. Sit on the oversized chair with the ottoman while you watch television on the wall-mounted 55-inch television with Comcast X-Finity or play on your computer with Internet Connection.

A fully equipped kitchen provides the chef with all the amenities for cooking and baking. A pleasure to cook and serve in the kitchen. Everything is at your fingertips, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, a crock pot, a margarita mixer, a griddle, kitchen aid, Keurig, and a Coffee Maker. These are just a small sample of goodies in the kitchen.

Seating arrangements in the Dining Room accommodate 12 people. Gather around the Dining Room table with seating for 8. The Breakfast Counter, adjacent to the Dining Table seats 4 people. The space is roomy for all guests.

A set of glass sliding doors, off the Living Room and Dining Room leads to a large balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink, and feel the breeze while relaxing on the comfy furniture. A perfect spot to enjoy the summer days and nights.

The 4 Bedrooms comfortably accommodate 12 people. Each room has a ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Roku Television with a remote. Large closets, and bureaus for personal belongings. All rooms have a nightstand with a lamp and a chair. A different beach theme is in each room. Every bedroom is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment.

The Accommodations of the 4 Bedrooms.
12 Individuals can sleep in a bed. No one has to utilize a couch.

The Master Bedroom... Accommodates 4 people
The Master Bedroom is very spacious and roomy. A Queen Size Bed with a decorative headboard. Nightstands flank the bed with attractive lamps.
A twin trundle bed is on the opposite side of the bedroom. A twin bed pulls out from under the trundle bed.

A private Bathroom is in the Master Bedroom.
The bathroom is a nice size. A long sink vanity. A 3-tier shelf to house personal items. A shower with a power-massage hand-held shower head.

The Back Bedroom...Accommodates 4 People
This bedroom has 2 Full Size Beds. There is space all around the bed providing easy access for the guests to be able to get around the bed.
This room has a back balcony with two chairs for a little private time.

The Front Bedroom.Accommodates 2 people
This bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with a rattan headboard. Decorated with Flamingos. Full access around the bed, giving the guests enough room to easily maneuver around the room.

The Side Bedroom...Accommodates 2 people
Two Twin Beds between the beds and an attractive side table with a Flip-Flop Lamp. The bedroom is decorated in the theme of Flip-Flops providing a shore flair.

The Hallway Bathroom
The bathroom is convenient for all guests in the house. The shower has a detached showerhead. A nice-sized linen closet for personal items of the guests.

The Laundry Room
The Laundry Room is located in the hallway. There is a side-by-side washer and dryer. There is an iron and an ironing board. A laundry basket for clothes.

Outside Premises
In the back of the house, is an outside shower. An extra wide shower stall to enjoy a refreshing shower. In the backyard, is a picnic table with an umbrella. A Weber Grill is provided with all the gadgets for the griller. There is an outside clothesline to hang up wet bathing suits and towels.

Parking
3 Car Parking, one in the garage, another under the carport, and another parked in the street behind the driveway.


Location of the Property
Perfect location for walking, biking, or driving. Walking distance to many attractions, beach, boardwalk, attractions, and restaurants. The beach and boardwalk are only one and a half blocks away from the house. Mudhen Restaurant is only a few blocks away. A block away is Duffentineti's Ice Cream and Minature Golf. 2 blocks away is Marvin's for breakfast or venture for morning Yoga on the Beach. So many places conveniently located near Bella Casa.

Take a 10-minute drive to Cape May to stroll on Washington Street. Shop in the quaint stores. Have breakfast or dinner at Mad Batter. Enjoy the Victorian Houses and venture to Congress Hall.

Take a short drive to Cape May County Park and Zoo. A wonderfully designed Zoo to enjoy and explore. Free admission to the Zoo. Pack a lunch and enjoy eating at the Park.

There is always a 45-minute ride toward Atlantic City. Nightlife, Casinos, and Restaurants await you. There is a wonderful outside shopping district with many shops.

Even on a rainy day, it's still better at the shore than any other place.
Venture to the Entertainment Complex in Rio Grande for a movie, bowling, or restaurant. Don't forget Wildwood has its bowling alley and an old-fashioned movie complex called "Movies By The Sea"

In the event, you don't want to go out, there is entertainment in Bella Casa.. there is a karaoke machine, numerous board games, and DVD Movies waiting for you.

Garage
When you arrive, you will find numerous provisions for your enjoyment. Bikes, beach chairs, coolers, toys, corn hole. We will send pics of the items before you enter the property so you are aware of what to bring to the house.

The realization is guests are coming on vacation or coming in for an event. As our guests, all you have to do is unpack and begin your beautiful memories. The house will be cleaned, organized, and prepared for your vacation. We will not disappoint you when you book with us, nor will Bella Casa disappoint you. Just like many of our guests, you will be back for another vacation with us!

Renters must provide linens, towels, and paper products.
We can provide a service for linens and towels.

Smoking is allowed on the Balcony.
