Townhomes questo grande e in questa posizione perfetta non vengono in giro ogni giorno !! Porta tutta la famiglia e goditi l'estate in questo splendido 4 Bedroom / 3. 5 residenza cittadina bagno che ospita 11 !! Three stories of living space (2000 piedi quadrati) offre il massimo comfort per tutti.

Solo due brevi isolati dalle SPIAGGE GRATUITE di Wildwood e dal lungomare. Goditi anche la vita all'aria aperta mentre ti rilassi sui due balconi del secondo e terzo piano. Fai un tuffo nella piscina a terra professionalmente mantenuta !! La piscina è disponibile solo per i residenti in questa St. Complesso di Andrews in modo da avere tutta la privacy che ti piace.

Il primo piano comprende una camera da letto principale molto grande, con un bagno completo e cabina armadio. Include letto queen size. TV e cavo è incluso così come tutte le credenze e grande amour. Lavatrice e asciugatrice situate nell'armadio nel corridoio del primo piano.

Il secondo piano ospita altre tre camere da letto e due bagni completi! Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio armadio, balcone, TV intelligente e via cavo, così come tutti i mobili che potrebbe essere necessario fornito. Un'altra camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli per i bambini e ha accesso al patio esterno (l'accesso è alto sulla porta in modo che solo gli adulti possano raggiungere). Queste camere condividono un bagno completo. L'ultima camera da letto è un'altra camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale, tutti i mobili di cui potresti avere bisogno, cabina armadio, TV e cavo, e bagno privato completo!

Il terzo piano è composto dalla cucina (tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli oggetti da cucina che potresti mai desiderare o vuoi), zona pranzo (8 posti), soggiorno con divano in stile familiare che si trova 10 (e 2 posti letto su letto estraibile) , bagno di servizio e ampio balcone. Rilassati dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia mentre guardi la TV a schermo piatto da 50 ", dotata di cavo e canali completi forniti da Xfinity, Chromecast che la rende una TV intelligente in modo da poter guardare Netflix mentre stai per finire o ti viene fuori una pioggia rara giorno. Inoltre, sono forniti giochi da tavolo e lettore DVD con DVD e alcuni libri da leggere.

MOLTO FAMIGLIA / KID FRIENDLY !!! Ho un Pack-N-Play memorizzato nella camera dei bambini al secondo piano e un seggiolone in modo da non doverne portare uno per il vostro soggiorno!

ANIMALI DOMESTICI SONO SEMPRE BENVENUTI (per una piccola tassa) !!!

I televisori sono inclusi anche in ogni camera da letto (eccetto la camera dei bambini) e internet privato.

E non preoccuparti del parcheggio !! Ci sono (2) parcheggi riservati, con (1) in Garage e (1) nel vialetto. Inoltre, un parcheggio gratuito non contato in strada per la tua famiglia!

Posizione perfetta per la famiglia e nelle immediate vicinanze di Wildwood Convention Center, Fox Park e dei migliori ristoranti locali (TUTTO A 5-10 minuti a piedi al massimo). Molti ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi (caffè, ristorante, pancake house, italiano, American bar e grill, gelateria, ecc.). Goditi le splendide spiagge di Wildwood e 38 blocchi di lungomare.

Affittiamo solo famiglie e gruppi di adulti oltre i 25 anni. La festa di prenotazione deve avere più di 25 anni E la parte di prenotazione deve effettivamente soggiornare durante il soggiorno prenotato. Proms e Teen Groups permessi a un tasso più alto; a condizione, tuttavia, un genitore di 25 anni prenota il soggiorno e il genitore rimane con il ballo di fine anno o con un gruppo di adolescenti l'intero soggiorno. Great Memories

The communication with Frank was great. The townhouse worked out perfect for our family’s needs and was clean. Though small, the pool was a bonus feature to have for the kids. Great Memories were made this vacation.

Holiday vacation

The listing is a little misleading about the pool. The pool is a shared pool with other people and needs maintenance. We arrived to the house and completely blindsided because beds did not have sheets. All the beds were completely raw with huge stains across them. One pillowcase had blood stains dead center on it. The floors were covered in small pieces of trash. The bathroom had a huge hairball on the floor with random small hairs . We had to run to a Walmart and completely buy towels,sheets,blankets etc. The listing notes 3 parking spaces but you will only have two. We will not book here again because of how dirty this place was. Ewww I wish I could upload pics

Nice place but still has mold issues

Things we liked: -Spacious property and plenty of room to spread out -Location is close to many nice restaurants within walking distance. Duffinetti’s is right next door and very nice. Playground is only a block over and there are concerts there on Sundays. -The pool is an added bonus. It is very small, but nice to have. -The house overall is in pretty good condition. We can’t complain much because it’s a pet friendly house and we were so happy to be able to bring our pups. Things that could have been better: - There is a considerable amount of mold on the third floor ceiling because of the HVAC system. I saw the review on that from last year and wrongly assumed it would have been fixed but it was not. -Along with the mold, the HVAC system cannot be adjusted (hence the mold issues). When we arrived it was set to 60-65 and we basically froze. The windows and ceilings had condensation all over them. I initially contacted the owner who offered to send out a tech but when I explained it was most likely the temperature setting, I did not get a response back. It did seem like someone remotely increased the temperature though. -Recycling is only picked up on Tuesday’s so you will most likely have a full can from the previous renters. We did and had to sift through their trash (including dirty diapers) to make it acceptable for pick up and because it is only one can, the trash people only picked up some of it. I’m not sure how this can be remedied.

Just had a super quick stay here, but were super pleased with our choice. Close to the beach and easy to park, walk anywhere. Spacious rooms and very clean. Host was communicative and easy to reach.

We had a great time at this residence and loved the location! Only comment I have is the cleaning needs improvement. There were drain covers in showers which are awesome, but the hair from previous guests should be removed prior to new guests arriving. There were visible crumbs on all couches upstairs the we brushed off. Other than the few cleanliness issues, we loved the place and Frank was helpful and responsive!

Moldy and not clean

We were so excited to relax for the weekend in Wildwood with our cousin who is getting married. The owner was accommodating and let us check in an hour early after checking with his cleaning service. Upon entering the home, it appeared to not have been cleaned at all. There was an awful smell from the moment we walked in, but it’s a beach rental so it happens. The walls were dirty and sticky ... okay it happens. The floors had crumbs and dirt... okay it happens. There were stains on the pillows and beds... the toilet had a hairball in it... the dish ware was disgusting. The beds did not have sheets (Not in the listing)... also okay BUT the beds and couch covers were COVERED in dog hair. Honestly, these were all things we could overlook as we just needed a place to sleep after dinner and the beach. But then we discovered the mold... mold was on the ceilings, on the walls, and the windows. SURE this also happens ... but Our cousin had a bad reaction to the mold and had to leave. To top it all off, we tried calling and messaging the owner just to see if there were any sheets... and to this day he has still not reached back out. I did not want to write this as this is someone’s home, but we play over a grand for our stay and the owner couldn’t even return our call and message. And I would like to prevent someone else from having this experience. Rentals aren’t going to be in tip top shape... but they at least need to be safe, free of mold, and SOMEWHAT clean. If you are to stay here, it’s a great location but please verify with the owner that there is no mold and it’s actually livable.

The townhouse wasn’t cleaned well

The bath mats had to be washed also the couch covers were dirty. The ice maker wasn’t working. Kitchen wasn’t well stocked with pots and pans like described in listing. There was mold by the air conditioner vents. We were unable to control the air temperature because it was locked. It was not child friendly. There were gnats in the townhouse.

Wildwood Days are Wonderful on E Andrews Avenue

This was our third year in a row at E Andrews Avenue. We have become quite comfortable at this location and feel very much "at home". Frank is conscientious and easy to communicate with. We love everything about this place. It is a beautiful house; the size fits our large and growing family; the location is ideal; and the complex and neighborhood, in general, are family oriented. We have been "Wildwood Vacationers" since the 1960's. We love it here and we come back EVERY summer. It is such a relief and a blessing to have found this house. We LOVE it!

A+ Location and Spacious

Perfect for convenience to convention center, boardwalk, Morey’s Piers, and the beach. For large families it’s perfect. Like most WW condos there are a lot of stairs so not great for anyone with difficulty in navigating steps. Also in addition to the 2 parking spaces provided we had no issue finding free street parking within the block. Frank (owner) was excellent to communicate with and very responsive . We would definitely rent this property again!

Gale force winds and rain, still had a great time!

Party of 10 including 2 under 10 enjoyed ourselves despite gale force winds and rain thanks to this roomy E St Andrews multilevel townhome. Great setup for privacy when needed and roomy living/kitchen space for time together. Convenient location allowed us to face the elements and walk to popular restaurants.

Perfect weekend

We were looking for a perfect house down the shore to have a girls' weekend with my family and closest friends. This house had everything! The location was excellent and we were so close to everything. We had no problem with street parking despite it being Irish Fest in the city that weekend. Frank was always quick to respond to any questions I had and I would love to come back again in the future!

Perfect location.

Upon arrival we were thrilled with the location of the rental. The dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived and the cooking utensils were dirty. We washed our dishes by hand since there was no dish soap for the dishwasher. The living area was perfect size for our family- beds were very uncomfortable and the mats in the bathroom smelled like mold or mildew so they need a good cleanings but having three showers was pretty great!! Aside from those minor inconveniences we had a great week with family and was able to walk to literally EVERYTHING! Boardwalk was a quick 2 block walk.

Beach vacation July 31- Aug. 7th

The size of the townhome was accurate and accommodated everyone. The new vinyl floor was clean, no pet odor present. The furniture needs updated including most beds, very noisy when turning in bed. we had a trundle bed literally fall apart with the frame being damaged on arrival. the kitchen was very nice with up to date appliances. The location is a good walk to the beach for anyone handicapped. The parking is horrendous! The garage is very small and holds a small car or small SUV only and then 1 in the driveway. We rotated our vehicles to save a street spot at all times. The pool is shared by 10 townhomes and is very small. Frank did respond when a problem was presented.
