Spacious, modern and overall fantastic apartment in a great location. Great view over the golf course from the large balcony, quiet location on a very well maintained and secure village. Vacaciones ideales

El apartamento está genial, bien cuidado, la temperatura del ambiente es muy buena, solo nos hizo falta encender el aire dos días, la terraza da al campo de golf y es muy tranquilo, se puede desayunar, comer y cenar en la terraza. La cocina está muy completa de pequeños electrodomésticos (exprimidor eléctrico, batídora, tostador, hervidor de agua, cafetera eléctrica y de vitro), vajilla de plástico para niños, aspirador, centro de planchado, tabla de planchar. Lo único que eché en falta fue un barreño, también hay muchísimas perchas. Las piscinas geniales y tranquilas, la que más nos gustó es la que está al final de la calle que es la más grande, lo malo era la subida por las cuestas de todas las urbanizaciones pero merece la pena. El coche lo tienes que coger para todo. La playa es muy tranquila, no hay masificación de gente aunque el agua está muy fresquita y dos días vimos algunas medusas chiquititas pero nos pusimos bañar. En el chiringuito que hay en la playa Malibú se come muy bien y el personal muy amable. Lo recomendamos 100%

Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Wir (2 Erw, 2 Ki) hatten einen tollen Urlaub an der Costa del Sol. Die Vermieterin war von Buchung bis Abreise sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch wenn das Wasser schon etwas kühl war, hatten die Kinder sofort einen Lieblingspool. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, so dass man für Tagesausflüge mit ca 1-1,5 Std überall hinkommt. Zur Fortbewegung/Einkauf ist unbedingt ein Auto zu empfehlen. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist dafür optimal. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Vielen Dank

Tolle Wohnung ! Schöne Anlage !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und kurzweiligen Aufenthalt in Manilva. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns mit den beiden Kindern perfekt. Der Blick auf den Golfplatz zum Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Dass uns ein Tiefgarageplatz zu Verfügung stand, hat uns die Ausflüge und andere Aktivitäten erleichtert. Wer ganz nah am Strand wohnen will, ist hier nicht richtig. Wenn man mit Sonnenschirm und Stühlen an den Strand will, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Für Ausflüge nach Gibraltar, Malaga, Marbella oder Ronda legt die Wohnung gut. Die verschiedenen Pools in der Anlage haben uns nach den Ausflügen erfrischt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war angenehm und zielführend. Uns standen alle notwendigen Informationen zu Verfügung. Die Übergaben der Wohnung waren unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Superbe appartement complètement équipé

Vaste et bel appartement, propre, très bien situé à proximité de toutes facilités et de nombreux sites visitables. Gibraltar entre autres est à une bonne demi-heure. La plage et le port sont à 5' en voiture ainsi que de nombreux restaurants de tous styles (mexicain, italien, indien .... et espagnol bien sûr) L'appartement dispose d'un beau séjour très confortable, d'une cuisine ouverte full équipée où rien ne manque (c'est rare !), de 2 chambres (4 couchages) avec chacune sa salle de bain, air co. (si nécessaire) et belle terrasse. Confort assuré. Margaret, très disponible, est aux petits soins et s'assure que vous ne manquiez de rien. Les explications sont claires et complètes. Bref, que du bonheur !

Fantastisch

Voor de 3e keer gelogeerd in het appartement van Margaret! Mooi appartement, alles is aanwezig. Veel te zien in de omgeving, denk aan Cadiz, Gibraltar. In Puerto de la Duquesa kun je erg lekker eten, aanbevolen het Argentijnse grillrestaurant en Il Capitano. Eind van de middag is het gezellig om een drankje te doen aan de haven. Kortom wij gaan zeker weer terug, zon, zee en strand wat wil je nog meer :-)

Excellent accommodation with gorgeous swimming pools and beautiful view

Excellent accommodation for 4 people with lovely terrace, beautiful view, private parking and prima air conditioning. The complex looks well looked after. We enjoyed the view and gorgeous swimming pools. Really top! The beach is close by. On the complex it self is no shop or restaurant. Car required. Everything was well arranged by the owner! We will definitely come back here again!

Le confort totale dans une entité tranquille et sécurisé .Pièces spacieuse et bien aménagé. A perfect stay at Duquesa Village!

We've stayed again in Village Duquesa for 11 days in May. We enjoyed the apartment where everything you can imagine is there, very well equipted and clean. La casa está muy bien. Todo nuevo y cuidado hasta el último detalle, bonita. La casa es como aparece en las fotos. La urbanización es muy tranquila y cuenta con 5 piscinas, 2 muy grandes. Ningún problema con la propietaria. Fácil recoger y entregar las llaves. Limpieza perfecta La casa da a un campo de golf, con lo cual es muy tranquila y no hay ruidos por la noche.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Schon im Vorwege ein sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Unterlagen für die Anreise sehr gut ausgearbeitet und vorbereitet, so dass die Anreise in der Nacht auch kein Problem war. Schönes, sauberes Appartement in einer gepflegten Anlage mit diversen unterschiedlichen Pools. Viele Flyer für Tagesausflüge und eine Info-Mappe liegen in der Wohnung bereit. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, um an den Strand und zu den Restaurants zu gelangen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen. Liebe Margaret, wir danken Dir für einen schönen Zeit.

Un endroit parfait pour visiter la Costa del Sol

L'appartement est très grand et très propre. Il est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Il a une grande terrasse qui donne sur le club de golf. Les piscines sont très belles. Le seul petit problème est sa distance par rapport à la mer et des restaurants soit plus de 30 minutes en côte très abrupte. Ce petit problème est cependant mineur et n'affecte nullement le plaisir d'y vivre et demeure.
