Property is well maintained. Only thing I would add is the hot and cold water is flipped. Cold is on the left and hot is on the right and I nearly burned my mouth when brushing my teeth because I didn’t know that ahead of time.

Great location. Met our needs but property could use a deep cleaning, update of sheets/towels and carpet cleaning. Could also use a remodel in bathroom. Window above sofa needs a lock on it. We did, however, enjoyed our time there and the condo was quite cozy.
