Beautifully arranged and decorated with a coastal flare on first floor level with beach and water views from your living room. Only a few steps from our door to the most beautiful white sandy beach on the island where you are surrounded by palm trees in a tropical paradise. Private access to the best and widest beach on the island which begins at our sea wall. Located approximately two miles from the southern end of the island, we offer a peaceful, relaxing stay. Walk the beach or ride a bike to the south end to view sea birds and dolphins as well as to the north. Relax on our grounds with new pool, patios, cabana, and palm trees. Enjoy impeccable sunsets from our west facing beach. Check our Amenities for tips on things to do and nearby places of interest such as grocery store, hardware store, clothing stores, restaurants, tiki bar, marina, bike, and kayak rentals, and Santini plaza. The trolley stop just across the street will take you around the island to avoid use of car and parking.
Enjoy the comforts of a newly remodeled condo. New kitchen includes all new, modern appliances, quartz counter tops, and cabinets. The kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking and baking needs which exceed many homes. The range oven even features an air fryer. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Two new bathrooms with tile showers with frameless glass doors, and vanities. New floors are porcelain plank tile throughout. Interior design includes new window treatments with Bali cordless cellular shades which are blackout type in the bedrooms. The condo is exceptionally clean and impeccably maintained. The condominium complex consists of six buildings that are two and three stories without any tall towers.
Two bedrooms are furnished with new furniture and new bedding. Living room and dining/sunroom with views of beach, gulf, and pool. Comfortable dining from new high-top table provides great views and can seat up to six. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler are provided for our guests. Outdoor grilling area. Live TV/Smart TV with premium channels, extensive On-Demand library, high speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Fort Myers Beach is back and better than ever after rebuilding from hurricane damage in 2022. The new outstanding Margaritaville Resort opened in January 2023 as well as many restaurants and stores in Times Square and throughout the island. Great location in the south-central portion of the island. We are located about 2/3 of the way south on the island where you are away from the hustle and traffic of Times Square on the north end of the island.

Remove personal items
Lock the doors
Departing Instructions: 1) Turn temperature back to 78 and leave in cooling mode. 2) Turn off all ceiling fans. 3) Raise all shades - top to bottom. 4) Clean dishes.
5) Remove all perishables from refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets. 6) Turn off lights, coffee pots, etc. 7) Close and secure windows and doors.
8) Leave your access keys inside the Lock Box located on railing in the foyer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters will need to complete an association registration form and acknowledge receipt of Welcome Guide and Rules for Guests after booking.

This condo is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in.

The condo was well-stocked with lots of extras that we hadn’t received in other condos. The owner communicated quickly with any questions or concerns. We plan to come again.

Fabulous Condo and Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous condo. We loved the up-to-date finishes and decor. The location can’t be beat for walkability to restaurants and shops. Being right at the beach and next to the pool was a dream. Our family member guests who still had to work on vacation enjoyed the views from the unit and proximity to pool and beach for the quick break away. Owners were awesome!

Great condo in a great area

We have enjoyed this condo twice now. Each time it has lived up to its description. It is located on the widest beach on FMB. The owners provide everything one needs, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. Their communication with renters is outstanding!@!

Sunset at the Beach

We have stayed at this condo before and we love the location, the privacy, and of course the sand and the beach The beach theater is right across the street and if you didn’t have a vehicle you could walk to get anything you need.

Great place to stay , great area , so much to see and do!

The condo is set up with everything you need for going down to the beach or using the pool. The kitchen is set up with everything you need and we like to eat in most of the time. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the furniture is comfortable . The TV is great and is set up with all the channels plus movie channels. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and a great movie theater across the street. My husband and I loved the area, the beach and had a delightful stay! The owner answers questions via email and is very quick to help out with anything. This is a must stay if you like the beach and the southwest region of Florida.

Why they chose this property

This property has it all. It is in a small association. The units are all "low rise" two and three story units with the feel of classic Florida. The property is very well managed and well kept. Our unit has been completely renovated and updated and competitively priced. Overall, the location is the most prime on the island considering the beach and walk to attractions. The beach has white sugar sand and the water is so blue. It is a short 150' walk to the widest beach on the island. We enjoy boating and going to the small islands and seeing the dolphins. You can walk to anything you need including more than ten restaurants, Tiki bars with live music on the beach, marinas, shopping, grocery store, shopping plaza, bike and kayak rentals, theater, bird sanctuary. Take the trolley into town for a nominal fee.

What makes this property unique

This is the best location on the island which is on the south central portion of the island. The beach is the widest here and has the white sugar sand, surrounded by palm trees. The location is far enough away from Times Square which is 4 miles to the north end yet there is much to do even with in walking distance. Some of our favorite beach attractions are the two Tiki bar/restaurants within a few hundred yards in either direction. The beach is the best here with frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees. Dozens of restaurants and shops within a 1/4 mile and even a dinner theater and grocery store close by!
The property is quiet due to the rental management. An owner cannot rent more than six times in one year and the minimum stay is one month. Less than half of the owners rent. Most owners and guests are snow birds. It is peaceful and it is a wonderful place to explore the beach and the island. The restaurants are great for fresh fish and seafood. There is lots to do and the location is a central jumping off point if you want to sight see in Sanibel, or Naples.
The nice thing about our condo is that it is fully renovated so it is like new and in a great association. It is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and games for family fun.
