The glass windows surround this unit giving you the full view of the beach and as far down as Sanibel Island. The Lanai affords you the ability to be seated with an outdoor feeling to view the white sand beach and beautiful sunsets. An open floor plan gives you the feeling of spaciousness in the living/great room. The furniture is extremely comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom offers a king bed with dresser and walk-in closet. The master bath has a double sink and shower. The 2nd bedroom can sleep 3 in comfort with 2 murphy beds and a bunk set. The hall full bath has a shower/tub combo. Plenty of towels for your use are available. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine for cooking and enjoying your home cooked meals. The utility room boast a full size washer and dryer. The unit comes fully equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a few water toys. Pool and Carport parking included. First time rented. No Pets. No Smokers.

Great Location

A great overall experience. This was our second season staying for 2 months at a time. The unit is nicely decorated and you can walk to restaurants and convenient stores nearby .
