The property was older but clean. It was in a quiet area with very few people on the beach or in the area. It’s a short 10 min ride to all the attractions.

Overall our stay was very good. Pool and beach access was wonderful, great view, and not having to cross the highway like many other places was a huge positive for us. The condo itself was nice, could use some fresh paint, but overall nice. There were only 3 chairs in the kitchen and we would have preferred 4. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, blender, ice maker, etc. Dish soap, kleenex, two rolls of tp, and bar soap were provided. Just one kitchen towel and rag but plenty of bathroom towels. I wish paper towels or napkins would have been provided. There was plenty of storage space, so suggestions for the host would be to have a closet with beach supplies. I knew these were not provided ahead of time, but having some sand buckets, beach towels, umbrella, collapsible wagon, small cooler, etc could be things to improve the stay for those traveling by plane with limited space. We would stay here again.

We had a really good time. The TV was hard to use. Half the time we had to use our own passwords to get into Netflix. There was no broom two forks to me. It was just like you somewhere to stay that’s it. The bathroom had a lot to be desired, looked dirty to me. We had a great time

Honestly it was okay. It was a convenient location, away from all the hustle & bustle. When we arrived our A/C was at 86 degrees- it was a freaking sauna. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the numbers provided, the security officer thankfully gave us someone’s number & they got it fixed- but it was HOT in our condo for probably a good 7 hours or so. There’s a pool monitor sitting on a bench watching your every move, that gets on to you for basically everything under the sun. The security guard was on a major power trip when we got there because the check in desk forgot to give us a car pass but once we got that fixed his attitude changed significantly towards us. You have to physically STOP every time you come into the condo parking lot because they have to see your parking pass every time.. Just a lot of rules for a mediocre property.

Small and cozy

With the magic of photography this place looks bigger than it is. The bedroom is very small. The silverware is very limited. Only 2 spoons. Nice size TV, and I like there was a TV in the bedroom. I liked the view from this unit.. I really liked that you didn’t have to cross Seawall Blvd to get to the beach. I really liked that the access to the unit was on a key pad. No having to carry around a key. I would rent this unit again.

Yikes

Don’t stay here. Right when we arrived, we saw bed bugs all over the bed and crawling on the walls!!! Then the hotel Moved us to a room that had been exterminated for roaches. After one day, the roaches were IN OUR LUGGAGE and crawling on the walls. We left and never got a refund. Disappointed.

Stay away!

My number one complaint is that this unit is above a maintenance building that emits a very loud, high pitched sound. It sounds like a very loud vacuum that permeates into the unit and makes spending time in the kitchen and on the balcony impossible. It continued our entire first evening. I called the office, and a very apathetic man said he would call me back about it, but he never did. In addition, this unit is tiny. Those bunk beds that you see in the pictures are actually in the hallway. The bedroom with the queen size bed is very small. Also, the mattresses are extremely hard and made our backs hurt terribly. There are also no amenities like paper towels or soap in the kitchen. Also, the a/c does not work well; it was always warm in the unit. The pool area was so crowded with loud, rowdy people that we weren't able to enjoy it. We actually left a day early even though we already paid for it because we couldn't bear to spend another night there.

Perfectly located!

Perfectly located on the beach Without having to cross Seawall blvd! Everyone was helpful, friendly and courteous to us and our guests. We will definitely be adding this as a go to for future family vacations.
