Welcome to our small, peaceful resort in the heart of Cape Coral, just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and the Cape Coral Bridge. The location is ideal for quickly reaching Fort Myers and the best highlights Florida has to offer.

Our property features 4 apartments and 1 studio. Each unit is fully private and exclusively yours, while the pool and garden areas are shared with other guests. Enjoy your own private terrace with sun loungers and relax by the large heated pool with a whirlpool, offering comfort throughout the day.

Apartment “Wave” is ideal for up to 4 guests and offers a modern, bright, and cozy atmosphere. It includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living area with a sofa bed, and an open-plan living and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, while the bathroom with a bathtub adds extra comfort. Free WiFi, air conditioning, and a TV (no cable channels) complete the interior.

Outside, you’ll find a private terrace with seating and two sun loungers—perfect for enjoying the Florida lifestyle in total privacy and relaxation.

Host was kind. A few issues regarding the window blinds, as they were missing arms to open. The lack of outlet plugs for the bedroom. The cleanliness was amazing. The pool was warm but shut off at 11pm

Thank you very much for your feedback! The problem with the blinds and the levers for opening them has already been fixed and replaced. The pool is accessible at all times, only the pump is connected to a timer so that it switches itself off and then starts up again automatically. Cleanliness is very important to us and we want our guests to always feel comfortable.

Wave Apartment

Property is very clean well kept and has all the linens,towels and utensils for cooking... The TV and WIFI were a plus.... and a great location for restaurants beach, shopping and for walking or biking! The beach is a 10 minute car ride and very close to down town for the market on Saturday or for going out to dinner! The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature. Laundry facilities were a real plus! A great place to unwind and relax!

It was ok.

The property was very small. It was cold at night and the only way to get heat was from an old space heater. The property managers were very nice and helpful.

Even in Florida, the sun can sometimes decide to provide less warmth. For such unusual, but also in Florida occurring colder days (and nights), we are happy to provide our guests with portable heaters and additional blankets. If the apartment was too cold for the guests' liking, we are of course sorry for the guests.

Grear Stay

The entire complex is clean, comfy and friendly. Many renters, including me, are repeaters. There needs to be a RAILING by the steps where you enter the pool. I was unable to swim because i needed help from strangers to get out.

Beautiful Clean Place to Relax

The “Wave” apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for my wife and I. The entire place, inside and out, was really clean. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of plates, cups, etc. The pots and pans were in great shape. The pool and hot tub was a nice place to relax. There were plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away. The property manager stopped by to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area. So much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Nice place for vacation
