Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

APARTMENT WAVE

You can expect a bright, spaciously living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa that transforms itself quickly into a comfortable double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.

The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest ...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with a bathtub.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, beach towels are available.

To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing in the community pool area, there is a private deck area available.

Host was kind. A few issues regarding the window blinds, as they were missing arms to open. The lack of outlet plugs for the bedroom. The cleanliness was amazing. The pool was warm but shut off at 11pm

Wave Apartment

Property is very clean well kept and has all the linens,towels and utensils for cooking... The TV and WIFI were a plus.... and a great location for restaurants beach, shopping and for walking or biking! The beach is a 10 minute car ride and very close to down town for the market on Saturday or for going out to dinner! The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature. Laundry facilities were a real plus! A great place to unwind and relax!

The property was very small. It was cold at night and the only way to get heat was from an old space heater. The property managers were very nice and helpful.

Grear Stay

The entire complex is clean, comfy and friendly. Many renters, including me, are repeaters. There needs to be a RAILING by the steps where you enter the pool. I was unable to swim because i needed help from strangers to get out.

Beautiful Clean Place to Relax

The “Wave” apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for my wife and I. The entire place, inside and out, was really clean. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of plates, cups, etc. The pots and pans were in great shape. The pool and hot tub was a nice place to relax. There were plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away. The property manager stopped by to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area. So much nicer than staying in a hotel.
