Grace Bay Beach Walk villa is a fully equipped, 9 Bedroom (sleeps 20 people), 4.5 Bathroom villa located on a very private, beautifully landscaped, half acre property in Leeward. Leeward is a quiet high-end residential community on the East end of the main island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The villa offers very private, lush tropical garden surroundings (see pictures).

Grace Bay Pelican Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Turks and Caicos and because it’s located in a quiet residential community so the beach is not crowded at all (often you’re the only person on it). It’s so beautiful it was selected as the location of many top photo shoots. In 2016 Sport Illustrated chose it for its very popular swimsuit issue. It’s only a 30 second walk from Beach Walk’s front door to one of the best beaches in the world, Pelican Beach on Grace Bay!

Pelican Beach has very fine soft white sand with lots of shells so it’s great for children. They can hunt for shells all day long or build sand castles. The hotel district is a mile walk along the beach to the West. A walk to the East will take you to beaches that will make you feel like you're the only one in Turks and Caicos. Warm reef protected oceans and miles of beautiful beach to explore await your family.


Beach Walk Villa has had extensive renovations, including new gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, granite bar, new bathrooms with rain showers, new patios surrounding the two pools, repainting, new floors, indoor and outdoor furniture, new beds and mattresses, nice linens, indoor and outdoor dining, lots of patio furniture, outdoor gas BBQ grill, tv.

The Villa is very close to many top restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, the Casino, a Marina, Bars and Tennis Courts and many other attractions.


Included at the Beach Walk for Free: beach and pool towels, parking, wireless internet, cable TV, a beach cooler (included for free with the villa but the villa is so close you don’t really need it you can just go to your own fridge). The house is so close you can use your own bathrooms a must for families with children because beach’s in Turks and Caicos do not have public bathrooms.



Leeward is a gated community: security guards man the only two entrances to the community each night between 6PM and 6AM. A security car also patrols the community of around 100 homes during the same time frame. Leeward is the only community on island that has these services.

All guests must be disclosed in VRBO platform. This. is a residential community so please be mindful of our. neighbours.

We do require our own completed liability wavier /contract before sending the check in email. Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. To discourage use of the air conditioning/electricity with the doors and windows open, electricity and water will be metered separately. There is a six hundred dollar allowance for utilities. Estimated bill can have.a wide range depending depending on AC usage.




CANCELLATION: We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any
reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travellers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. You MUST have insurance in order to obtain a refund for any reason within the no refund period.
