Just a 2-3 minute walk from the gate to one of the world’s award winning beaches, you will find yourself torn between the warm waters and private villa pool!

Besides the beautiful view of award-winning Grace Bay Beach and the fun-filled nightlife in Providenciales, Pelican Vista has so much to offer right on its own landscaped grounds. Between the luxurious living quarters and private bathrooms in each of the six bedroom suites, you will find yourself with lots of room to relax.

Both have optional air con.

Villa Policies

Optional A/C, bedrooms only. Air con is metered and charged at the going island rate during the time of your stay. Base rate is 26 cents but the fuel factor fluctuates You can check the Fortis TCI site to learn what the additional factor is.

Perfect Place for Girls Trip & 50th B-Day Celebration

Our group of 8 girlfriends arrived and fell in love with this house, the location, and the beach IMMEDIATELY. The property is just a gorgeous as described and a very nice welcoming was provided by the management. We spent most days down at the practically private beach with a couple of trips in to town for shopping, dining out and a private charter boat trip (so much fun). We did purchase a couple of large umbrellas to offer some shade for the beach so we could extend our hours at the beach. We grilled out and hung at the pool in the evenings and enjoyed being able to choose between meals at the house or going out. You do need a car unless you plan on staying put once you get there. We all agreed we want to do a repeat trip very soon!

Fabulous, spacious property minutes from the beach!

This property was perfect for our large group of 3 families with 6 adults and 7 teen kids. With 4 large master bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms, and the guest house with another king bedroom, 4 bunk beds and 2 bathrooms, the house had plenty of room for everyone. The best feature is probably the outdoor pool area with swim up bar and gazebo with built in bbq and seating. The kitchen is large and well equipped and looks out onto the pool area. Also amazing is the 2 minute walk to Pelican Beach which is at the one end of Grace Bay Beach. We could not access Grace Bay beach directly from Pelican beach, but one can take a 20 minute walk through the Leeward neighbourhood and then access it. The upper patio has a view of the ocean. Our host Judy was very responsive to all of our questions before arrival, and then our host who greeted us at the house (Wisline) was extremely helpful and responsive to any needs we had while we were there. All in all, we were very happy with our time at Pelican Vista and we would highly recommend it to groups wanting to cook and hang out together while in Turks.

Lovely, loud and disruptive

A lovely place near the ocean in dire need of upkeep. Broken fridge? Just bring in a new one in a different room. No ice machine in replacement, so call for ice. Never fixed, old, so go to the porch to access temporary fridge. Had to buy gallons of filtered water.Majority of louvres on windows do not work, so rooms kept dark. Many screens didn't fit properly so packaging tape used to hold in place. Was not told of diesel dump trucks hauling and dumping boulders outside our gate throughout our stay. Our view of ocean was blocked by a dump truck. Often shaking the house with noise and dumping of large boulders. Frequently too loud around pool with smell of diesel truck going by to return with more boulders. The beach was an easy walk, but large loud equipment on beach was disruptive. Barbeque grill needed fixing, so another brought in but without charcoal. Floors dirty.

Room to Share and Spare!

Our group of four couples had a great 50th birthday celebration week on this lovely villa just steps the quiet and private end of fabulous Grace Bay beach. The house is large and accommodating, with room to invite new friends made on your trip! However, there were many problems: safes that did not lock, TV's that did not work. broken beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. When we ran out of toilet paper, we were told we had to purchase it ourselves. Only after saying that a very expensive rental villas should at least have sufficient toilet paper, did we get some from the managers. Last but not least there was very significant construction noise and dust every weekday during our stay right across the street with backhoes, dump trucks, etc. right at our gate next to the pool. This construction was not disclosed to us before we rented the house! Beware if you are interested in leasing this property anytime soon! Overall I would not recommend renting this property.

The house and property were everything we expected and more! The proximity to the beach was amazing. Judy was incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns we had. I would also highly recommend using Chef Gerry if you are considering a private chef for a meal or two.

Excellent location and villa

Fantastic communication with property manager (Judy). Amazing villa with an even more amazing location. Was so nice to be able to bounce back and forth from the beach and private pool. Great for a large group. Kitchen amenities made dinner easy. Will stay again next year!

The property was beautiful. It handled five couples just fine. It was close to a great beach and the pool and outdoor kitchen and swim up bar were great assets. We did have one unfortunate incident where someone came in the house in the middle of the night and took some cash, but we had failed to set the alarm.

Wonderful villa!

My family of 10 absolutely loved the villa! We had an issue with a fan not working and it was taken care of in 30 minutes. We had plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoy our trip very much! We booked the same villa before we even left it this year for next year and staying even longer next year!!

Paradise awaits

Not only was the process wonderful from start to finish, but communication was easy, prompt, flexible and generous. We felt so at home we didn’t want to leave! Would definitely choose this property again for families as the proximity to the beach and pool was perfect! Hands down our favorite vacation!

Did not want to leave!

Pelican Vista was the perfect home away from home for our family of nine to enjoy the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. The outdoor living space was decadent - gorgeous large pool with a massive swim-up Tiki bar including modern grill and outdoor mini fridge for convenience. The place is wired smartly - you can hear music from any room in the house, each room with it's own controls, including outside by the bar. The views of the turqouise waters from the upper and top deck were stunning. The top deck was great for star-gazing as well. Each of the 4 bedrooms was its own large master suite, meaning no rocks, paper, scissors over who gets the largest room. It was a relatively short walk to the pristine white sand beach, and once you get to the beach, you have two directions to choose from on where to stake your spot. We can't thank Basia enough for taking great care of us and making good on her promise of an incredible Villa and vacation. She was easy and fun to work with, and truly knows how to run a tight ship. Pelican Vista truly is paradise, and a place that will have you daydreaming for weeks after you leave.

Everything the Doctor ordered kind of trip!!

The pictures absolutely do not do this piece of paradise justice! Basia and Metu were very helpful and handled all of our needs immediately. For example, the refrigerator was not cooling and after we contacted Basia the very next morning a maintenance engineer was at the house and installed a temporary fridge for us to use while trying to fix the house fridge. We were all very impressed. The kitchen is amazing. We traveled with 4 total couples and ate nearly every meal at the house. Shopping for food was extremely easy as there are two IGA grocery stores close by (driving distance). The beach is only a minute walk from the pool! This made for very relaxing days! The beach is made up of the softest sand and the most beautiful turquoise water I have ever seen. We are hoping to come back to Pelican Vista after Christmas this year!!! Suzanne

Perfect house and a wonderful vacation!!!

Perfect! The home is exactly as advertised and even better in person! My wife and I along with 3 other couples stayed here for a week. The house is perfect for 4 couples or a large group. I personally enjoyed waking up and walking out of the upstairs bedroom each morning to a spectacular view. My wife enjoyed how the kitchen opens to the backyard and is screened in. This is where we ate our meals and spent some time playing cards and just hanging out. The poor dining room table was never used. Who wants to be indoors on such a wonderful island? The added touch of the surround sound throughout the house was a plus. There are controls throughout the house and backyard grill area to control the music. Basia was a pleasure to work with and very prompt in replying to the few questions I had along the way. Myrtho met us at the airport and showed us to the home and gave us a brief walk-thru and we were on our way. A rental car is a must, but driving in Provo wasn't bad at all. We found our way clear across the island and back several days. Last but not least the beach at the house felt as if it were a private beach. The times we walked out it was either empty or 1 or 2 families max. The beach is literally right outside the back gate. If you were at a resort you would walk the same distance to reach it. Only at this one it was all ours! Thanks again and we are looking forward to a return trip!

Elegant 3 year old house

This house was well represented on VRBO. The house is only 3 years old and is very well maintained and luxurious and well appointed. We ended up eating out 5 of 7 nights and found some great local restaurants. Basia, the property manager was fantastic....as a matter of fact the best manager I have experienced and I have rented from VRBO/AmX/Villas of Distinction about 8 times. 2 small items to note, the beach that is directly in front of the house got washed away, about 3 months ago, locals say, so it does require you to walk another 150 yards to a very private beach area and 2-3 miles of beaches which is fabulous or walk 1000 yards to 12 more miles of Grace Bay beeches and hotels. There is just one washed out area that is probably 500 yards long and I guess will get restored. Not a big inconvenience but worth noting. The only other things which was annoying was the local wild dogs called Potcakes which barked every night for a couple of hours. The local governement, the paper says, is working on the issues. All in all a fabulous house that is well represented.
