The house is located in a quiet, well-kept and very nice American neighborhood.

Look forward to a relaxing time in a duplex with just 2 apartments and a large swimming pool, which is available even in winter due to an electric pool heating. A private, screened porch with a mosquito net is ideal for long evenings. Sun loungers and outdoor seatings offer ample opportunities for relaxation. The property is completely surrounded by a high fence, which offers complete privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The big lap pool is also ideal for sports activities.

We had a pleasant stay at Westside. Loved the pool, the porch and the privacy of this duplex. It was clean and comfortable. We just could have used more lights for reading. Grocery shopping is just 5 minutes away!

Cape Coral stay

The only issue was there were very few amenities. A colander, a working can opener would have been nice. A few more pots. There are signs for no glass outside. But only 2 plastic cups. We ended up buying more and left them. It would’ve been nice if we knew the Roku didn’t work we could’ve brought an HDMI cable with us. The last week there we just bought one. Had great nieghbors. The pool was fantastic.

We really enjoyed the pool and screened-in patio. Very quiet neighborhood. Appreciated having a washer + dryer because we stayed for two weeks. We also found the beds to be hard but realize that is a personal preference. Property is close to shopping and restaurants.

My husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents. This house was just what we needed for our 4-night stay. Management was easy to communicate with and even managed to let us check in just a little bit early. The apartment was clean and spacious, and completely met our expectations. Loved our stay here! This place is right in a Cape Coral neighborhood with a private pool; felt like our home away from home. Has 2 BR, 1 bath, open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living area with a screened patio by the pool. Lots of restaurants in the area or you can cook in the fully-equipped kitchen, which we did every morning. Not too far from a number of beaches in the area. Very glad we chose to stay in House Sunny Splash!!!
