Wilton Manor's luxury holiday palace

This three bedroom home has been completely remodeled as a vacation rental. Enjoy the private heated pool, new kitchen, separate wet bar. There is washer and dryer private garden high speed WiFi.
Guests have complete run of the house, park you car in off street covered parking. Spread out between the family room or living room so you and you traveling companions can be together but not on top of each other. Two zone air conditioning makes everyone comfortable. The covered patio has a ceiling fan, sink and beautiful view of pool with fountains.

Peter’s house is beautiful, exceptionally well-kept, and spotless. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, and everything in the home was in perfect working order. Peter greeted us warmly at the door and made us feel welcome right away.The property is beautifully maintained, with the backyard and pool being particular highlights. It’s a quiet, relaxing setting while still being conveniently close to all the popular spots in Wilton Manors.We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely return. We highly recommend Peter’s place!

Really cosy

Quiet and private house close to Wilton Drive

This is a great property that is close to Wilton Drive. We used the pool everyday while we were there. Everything worked and was clean. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect house that is in amazing condition with upgraded amenities! There is plenty of room for all guest and the backyard with the pools is paradise! Our second stay at the same property and I can’t wait to go back!

All the necessities are within walking distances and Uber rides for pick up was never an issue.

Beautiful and clean home

We had a wonderful time in Wilton Manners. It was a beatituful and clean home. The only negative was that the pool was not heated as advertised.

The pool is heated by solar panels on the roof. Unfortunately you arrived on the coldest day in a year with no sun for Two days after your arrival. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Perfectly situated and absolutely perfect home base for our week in the area!! Easy ride in to the convention center everyday and easy access to shopping and food. The pool and quiet was exactly what was needed after some long competition days. By far the easiest check-in/check-out process we’ve had, was expecting a laundry list of to-do at checkout items but received if you have time otherwise safe travels home response.

City Oasis

Beautiful, spacious resort like features but still with a home feel. Backyard felt like an oasis immediately gives vacation vibes. Peter was very cool with us having a 3.5 yr old son with us. Gave us info we needed for safety. He was willing to assist with highchair but our son did well sitting at the bar stools but could have been fine at the kitchen table.There’s only 1 locking glass door btw the inside and pool so may not work for wanders.Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Excellent vacation rental

The best vacation rental we have stayed in. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. I can't think of 1 thing that Peter could do better. We will be rebooking in the future.

Why they chose this property

I love to travel and have enjoyed many vacation rentals. I live in a resort town and when this property came on the market I knew I would like to stay in it if I were visiting, so I bought it and remodeled it as a vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

This house is completely remodeled as of 2019 It is centrally located in the entertainment district but because of the new remodeling, silent inside at night.
