Our Waterfront home includes 60' dock canal that opens to international waters. Brand new heated pool with sun shelf and fountains. Practice your putting skills on the putt putt hole or try your luck at the Hardrock Casino one mile away or the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk just 2 miles away by road or water. Every inch of this home has been redone with paradise in mind. Brand new A/C to cool down with TV's in every room with WI-FI. You have endless possibilities for entertainment in our beloved South Florida retreat.

Clean, spacious, gorgeous home on the water!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean home exactly as described. Beds are very comfortable, and we slept great. Heated pool and access to water from private dock were great! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay of 6 nights in August was truly enjoyable. I would recommend this place for sure. It was super clean and I am pretty picky. Super quiet area, well located and amazing amenities. It's perfect for a family of 5 or two couples.

We were pleasantly impressed with this property and all the amenities, our family really enjoyed our time at this house and it really does have everything you would need when staying at a vacation home. Overall we had a good experience at this location and I would recommend staying there. Pros: nice heated pool that was fun for my 6 year old to play in, fishing off of the dock, yard for playing, had everything we needed for cooking light meals, close to the airport and a short drive to the beach. Cons: It's in the flightpath of the airport, so there are planes flying over every few minutes. We got used to it pretty quickly outside and the home is soundproof enough that we never heard it inside. The listing could use some better wording. We had two bedrooms with a bed and then a little sleeper sofa thing in another room, not the extra king like stated on the listing. There are three bathrooms, all of which have a shower and toilet (listing incorrect here too and states no toilet in two of the bathrooms), but the third bathroom is only accessible from the outside pool area.

We had an amazing long weekend here in Fort Lauderdale. Very clean property, excellent pool area and nice quiet neighbourhood. Very close to restaurants, shopping. Communication with the owners was excellent and the check in and out were a breeze. Lots of room for our family of 4 adults to have a very relaxing break. 5 stars!!!

We had an amazing stay at Acorn Cottage! Incredible clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Medicine Park. Annie was very responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations. We were here for our son’s BCT graduation at Fort Sill. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family home

Perfect place for family vacation. Outdoor space is great for entertaining the entire family. Everything you would need is included. I especially loved the towels specifically for the pool.

Lovely

We stayed with our 10 month old grandson and his parents:-) it was a great house for us all. Clean, stocked with what we needed, and very comfortable. We loved the planes flying overhead as did our grandson. Pool was clean and the gate to the dock area had a good lock. Management company was very responsive and super nice.

This small house has a great backyard and heated pool (that we enjoyed every day of our December stay.) The beds are comfortable, and there are great TVs in every room. They've added a covered area with large fan just outside the sunroom since the posted photos were taken, which is a great upgrade. The home is in the landing path for Ft. Lauderdale airport, and air traffic is frequent and loud when you're outside. But you can't really hear that noise inside when doors and windows are closed. We found the kitchen to be less well-stocked than other VRBOs we've rented, so beware if you're planning to do a lot of cooking. The management company was very responsive both before and during our stay, and came out promptly to fix a few minor problems. Be aware that the third bathroom (which has the best shower of all the bathrooms) can only be accessed from the back yard.

SUPER CLEAN, QUIET HOME

The home is EXTREMELY clean. Very nice furniture (not cheap stuff). Decorated beautifully. The neighbors are quiet. If you are a party type person, (music, loud conversations, etc, )this is NOT the place for you. Management/customer service is EXCELLENT.

Amazing location, house and pool!

My husband and I along with our 4 kids, aging between 3-10 had an absolute blast for our spring break here. The house is only 11 minutes from the airport! The pool and entire backyard made it so easy and relaxing for my husband and I with our kids. The double living room spaces was also and added plus! There was a great restaurant within walking distance called Mineos too that was delicious! I highly recommend and hope we are able to come back soon!

Quiet neighborhood with a pool at the house made relaxing easy. We liked the house layout and appreciated the outside restroom with the pool. The kitchen pots and pans and utensils needed for cooking were provided along with a gas grill. grill.grill.Toutdoor lighting was pool lighting
