Sandy Crack - Una cabaña de surf 'camino lateral'

Una casa de campo de 1.300 pies cuadrados bien equipada y de un solo nivel, a poco más de 100 metros del acceso tranquilo a la playa. Esta casa abierta de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños se encuentra en una calle lateral pintoresca y tranquila rodeada de viejos robles. El entorno boscoso de la casa ofrece grandes oportunidades para ver zorros, ranas, etc. durante muchos meses del año. Estás lo suficientemente lejos de la carretera para no escuchar los coches que viajan por toda la isla. La mayoría de las veces solo escucharás el sonido de las olas golpeando la playa. Muy poca luz ambiental proveniente de toneladas de casas y luces de la calle también, así que hay una gran cantidad de estrellas.

El área de la playa que se encuentra frente al punto de acceso no está abarrotada debido a la falta de "densidad de casas" cercanas. Es una zona tranquila con muchas familias. A solo 1. 5 millas del centro de Surf City y del muelle.

La cocina está completamente equipada con una gran cantidad de cubiertos para servir gran cantidad de excelentes comidas. Love, love love, Sandy Crack. This was our fifth year and everything is just like it should be relaxing, easy enjoyable convenient I can hear the waves and hear the birds. Great place for a weekend getaway!

Another Great Stay

There is so much to love about the Sandy Crack! It's the perfect size and location for our family of 5. Close to the beach and on a quiet street. We enjoyed our second stay here and are glad to have found the Sandy Crack.

Great house and location!

The house was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach with easy access. We would definitely recommend it to others and plan to return in the future.

Wonderful Beach House

We LOVED staying at this beach house. Everything was clean and the location was great! I loved how dog friendly the house was, even has a dog bed in the living room! We definitely plan on returning. Thank you for such a great stay on our vacation.

Fun Place for a Beach Vacation!

We had a great long weekend staying at Sandy Crack! The side-road is the perfect, quiet location, and the house is spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and we enjoyed eating on the back deck. The beach is just a quick walk away. We hope to stay again soon for another relaxing beach weekend.

Great for Thanksgiving get away!

Planned on a holiday on Topsail with family (who live there) and this was the perfect house for us. It was very pet friendly, nicely furnished and although it's on a private road off from the main drag, only a block walk to the beach. ..And the kitchen was well equipped, which was a relief as we were contributing to the Thanksgiving feast.

We are a family of outdoor enthusiasts that love being outside and active, whenever possible. Surf City/Topsail has been a favorite of ours since we moved to NC in 2004. We love the low-key, family-oriented nature of the island and really like the lack of commercialization. We are also a family of surfers and really like the miles of uncrowded beach breaks, right out front.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Off the beaten path on an oak tree lined street. Quiet and tranquil. Topsail Island and Surf City are one of a handful of remaining NC beach towns that commercialization has not caught up to. You won't find miles of neon signs, fast food restaurants, arcades, loud bars or nightclubs. Wilmington has all of those things and more and is under 30 mins away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Only 100 yards from deeded beach access. Because of the lack of building density at and around the house, the beach never gets crowded. The back deck of the house looks out onto a wooded buffer between neighboring street. The sound is only 100 yards away as well. You could easily launch a kayak from there. Beach/Sound. Has it all!
A sidewalk parallel to Route 50 is 100 yards away. If you don't want to run on the beach, you can run south on a sidewalk all the way into the town of Topsail Beach, 5 miles away. A bike path on the road shoulder starts about 3/4 miles from the house and runs 10 miles north, to the town of North Topsail. Really nice for a great, fast road ride spin.
