In the Kitchen you will find it very easy to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy with your friends and family. Choose to dine al fresco with sunsets and Mountain breeze or enjoy your meals in the dining room or kitchen nook. Want all 10 guests to dine together simply pull the 2 identical pub style tables together and no one will be left out. This is where great friends share good times and memories are made. Cheers!

THE LOCATION

This location is absolutely perfect so when you are not relaxing by the pool venture out to explore this beautiful area.

Truly a golfer's paradise with Gold Canyon's Golf Course being rated one of the top in Arizona. Featuring Dinosaur Mountain and Sidewinder Golf Course. However, you are not limited to these two because they are too many to even list. Enjoy and have a great round of golf!

There is fantastic hiking, biking, horse back riding and ATV trails just miles from this home.

Maybe Shopping is your thing:) If so you have traveled to the right place with endless shopping options close at hand. One of our favorite outdoor shopping mall is San Tan Village and it is only 25 miles away.

The location of this home is perfect. You are just far enough away to give you the retreat you need however only 35 minutes from Phoenix Airport and various other attractions. Take in Spring Training Baseball at one of the many stadiums in the area. Check out the Barrett - Jackson Car Auction or Renaissance Festival.


When your outings are done for the day Relax, Refresh, Rehydrate and Rejuvenate around the pool or have a swim. The pool has an option to heat, if you are interested for $20 a day and the pool would be heated to 86. Simply request the heated pool is you desire.
You will find the sunsets sensational from the western patios of this home

After a return trip here in January 2018 looking for our future retirement home we came across our first vacation rental in Gold Canyon. Six months later we purchase this home and are excited to share it with all of you. In the Summer of 2019 we relocated permanently to the Gold Canyon Area. The views and serenity cant be beat. I believe the home should be ready for travelers when they arrive and I take extra care to ensure the cleaning is done to a high standard.
