Cinq étoiles! Vacances idéales dans une villa de luxe moderne! La maison est joliment meublée, entiÚrement équipée et idéalement située. Nouvelle cuisine extérieure avec espace bar. Billard de tournoi, 5 télévisions, bar à vin, bureau, piscine chauffée et spa sur une projection privée en lanai. 0. 6 km de Cape Coral Yacht Club avec une plage, une marina, une jetée et un parc.

Cette villa a une exposition nord, permettant l'utilisation maximale de la véranda privée avec piscine chauffée et spa, qui donnent sur le canal. Trois chambres (king, king, deux twins) et un office / den (lit double gigogne) permettent de dormir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Toutes les chambres et le repaire disposent d'une télévision et chaque chambre est équipée d'un cùble, d'un lecteur DVD, d'un lecteur Blu-ray ou d'une station de lecture. Master bain a une grande douche ouverte avec une baignoire séparée. La salle de jeux contient une table de billard professionnelle Brunswick, une télévision et donne sur la piscine et le canal. Foosball et ping-pong sont également disponibles. L'espace bureau propose un bureau avec imprimante. Internet haut débit et WI-FI dans toute la maison.

La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Barre sĂšche avec cave Ă  vin. DĂ©gustez un repas au bar de la cuisine, Ă  la table Ă  manger (6 chaises) ou sur la vĂ©randa au bar de la cuisine en plein air. Des portes coulissantes Ă  90 degrĂ©s s'ouvrent sur la piscine et le spa, oĂč vous avez un barbecue, une table, 6 chaises et des chaises longues.

Villa est sur un canal, oĂč vous trouverez le quai de bateau. Louez un bateau et soyez sur la riviĂšre Caloosahatchee en quelques minutes! Ou bien, prenez l’un des 6 vĂ©los et descendez au Yacht Club pour une journĂ©e Ă  la plage, une promenade sur la jetĂ©e ou un dĂ©jeuner Ă  The Boat House. Le Yacht Club dispose Ă©galement d'une piscine, de courts de tennis et de nombreuses autres activitĂ©s destinĂ©es au public.

Wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous house, very comfortable beds! We loved the pool area and spent most of our time there. Loved being on the water, had gorgeous sunsets on the dock. Very convenient location. The only suggestions would be to have some cookie sheets and updated pans for cooking, and to add some tongs as well. We also were a bit uncomfortable with the lack of curtains on the windows in the kitchen/living room area which allowed full view of everything inside at night. Overall though, loved it and would highly recommend!.

Family Christmas Trip

We had a great time at Villa Americana! House was very clean, really enjoyed the pool,hot tub & fire table. Coffee sitting by canal! Good location walking distance to Cape Coral Beach and a great coffee/breakfast spot.

Home away from home

This was our second stay at this home. During the booking phase the owner, Deb, was great and responded quickly. This trip my husband and I traveled with our two daughters (24 & 17) and our daughter’s boyfriend. The house is exactly as it is described. All the amenities are provided. The location of this home is perfect in the Yacht Club area. We would take the bikes out and go for a ride or get a bite to eat at the near by Boat House Restaurant. It is close to the grocery stores. Plenty of room
my husband is self employed so he takes the front bedroom for his office as it provides a desk. He is a very early riser so watches the sun come up and goes out to see what he can catch off the canal. The rest of us like to sleep in a little and the beds are very comfortable and there is a tv in each bedroom. I enjoy getting up and having a cup of coffee sitting out by the canal or sit with my feet in the pool listening to the news. The pool table is fun as on nights we would stay in we played pool or cards. The heated pool is amazing and very relaxing. We visited Ft. Myers Beach which is about a 25 minute drive. Sanibel is about a half hour drive depending on the time of day and traffic. The neighborhood is quiet. The property manager, Sigrid, is super nice and very responsive if I had any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home. It is truly a home away from home!!!

Great location, Great rental

This house was perfect for our week stay. Family of 5 all over the age of 16. Everyone had plenty of room. The pool and hottube were wonderful and used often. Loved that we had bikes to use and option for the kayaks. Awesome that the beach was just a short distance away. We have no complaints and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Would highly recommend.

Great Location, Nice House

The house was large and tons of space for our entire family. The pool and hot tub were great. The location is amazing as it is walking distance to the beach and the Boathouse restaurant. We enjoyed the bikes, pool table and other amenities they had to offer. The only downfall we saw was all of the fishing poles except 1 were broken, and the other items in the garage were pretty disheveled (ping pong, fooseball, kayaks, etc
) Overall, I would definitely recommend this house and would book again.

Excellent house for a larger family

Lovely house, very clean and nice although it is not super-modern. Very good Cape Coral location with walking distance to the Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill by the Yacht club.

Home away from Home!

This house was amazing! The owners and property manager were very kind and easy to contact. The house was in a safe, clean, and, friendly area. The home had so many amenities that none of the children were ever bored. We spent alot of time by the pool and spa and it did not disappoint. The dock was also a hot spot for all of us. This property was very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Property & Great Location

Clean and spacious house. We were 2 families of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool was great for the teens. The dock worked great for our boat rental as well. We also loved the location for easy access to a grocery store and restaurants.

Exceptional vacation home

This home has everything we were looking for and more! Relaxing by the pool, fishing off the dock, eating outside under the lanai, this home checked all the boxes! Within 30 minutes we went to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, plenty of restaurants, and shopping. The location of this house was perfect for our family and what we love to do. This home was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, the pool table was fun and the kitchen had everything. The neighborhood is nice and was great for morning walks. Close (1/2 mile) to the public boat launch. Deborah is a wonderful hostess and Sigrid the property manager was very responsive and making sure everything was great once we settled in. We would highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! This is the best home we have ever rented. Thank you so much!!

Quick access to the Gulf

We have visited this general area many times over the past decade but this was the first time actually staying in Cape Coral. We were a little hesitant to stay here (instead of on Sanibel Island) but really loved the layout of the house and it seemed to work best for our situation. We rented a boat and it was delivered directly to the house so no need to tow it! There were some fishing poles available to use if needed and we donated a bait bucket to the supply. We were able to take the boat over to Sanibel and anchored off shore to let the teens swim. It was fairly shallow even though we did not enter from the beach. During their swim we saw a slew of manatees and dolphins! We also used the boat to go to Cabbage Key which is only accessible via boat or ferry. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 4 teens with some room to spare. The pool and spa were great to use after a long day of being in the sun. Basic kitchen items were available so we just needed to focus on food and refrigerated condiments. Sigrid was great at answering all of our questions and I would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful experience

Our family of 7 stayed for a little over a week. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful every thing was. There was a high chair, playpen and stroller for our toddler. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys they had at the house. It was a great location for our stay. We had no problems and would stay again !
