This luxury riverfront 3 bedroom villa is located right on the river and has perfect south exposure. Just minutes from the famous Cape Coral yacht club beach and marina.

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. Three beautiful bedrooms all with king beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, furnished and equipped to the very highest standard.

The exterior is magnificent. A huge two stories outside deck area with a beautiful pool and hot tub, amazing views over the river, sun loungers and two outdoor dining areas complete this luxury home.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a cozy lounge area, a dining area, a breakfast area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, etc, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas/electric BBQ-grill.

The villa offers WIFI connection if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The villa also has a private dock with a boat lift where you can keep a rental boat.

The view was fantastic!! Unbeatable in-fact. Pool and hot tub great ! Unfortunately, every piece of furniture was uncomfortable. Including the mattresses, couches, outdoor furniture. No stools at kitchen island, house was bare bones. Towels were worn out, few and rough on the skin. Master bath shower was awful. House needs to be updated. There were only2 chairs for the beach, an umbrella with no base and a mention of bikes and kayaks in the property book but none to be found. I wish I had known this ahead of time as I rent a house every year in Cape Coral based on reviews.

Thank you for this feedback. This is the very first time getting this information from a guest as well as a 3-star review. We will absolutely take a look at the towel situation. Beautiful place great location

Super nice place right down the street from the sandy beach and boathouse restaurant and marina incredible views Super impressive master bed and bath plus 2 more ensuites with full baths. Minutes from ft Myers and great restaurants (highly recommend prime 239)

Amazing home and pool

The home is clean and well stocked. The pool is amazing - very clean and screened in. Wonderful water view as well. Great choice!

Great house, great location.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We loved the location and the views of the river from the pool area and the dock. Pool and hot tub were great. House was perfect for our family with three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Everything was as described in the listing.

Beautiful stay!

This house is just perfect for 6 people. We all had plenty of space, pool was beautiful, and hot tub was warm! The view is excellent! Maybe could use a few more pool towels and kitchen towels but we made it work. Would definitely suggest this home for a vacation!

Great House! With a wonderful view! But pool wasn’t clean, traveling with child make her to wanting to go to pool. Ants in kitchen. You need to purchase all supplies. View .. you cant beat! Response on my text took a day!

If you need more supplies it is a self-catering vacation home. The pool is cleaned once a week by a professional company. And we're available 24/7 for questions. Awesome View

Great property in wonderful location with water front views to die for. Forget about TV, just sit on the deck and enjoy the view.

Anniversary

Very good. Fantastic location. Overlooking the bay was great. Everyone appreciated the bedroom/bathroom combinations. Pool was terrific - we used it everyday. Very close to the yacht club and beach. Just far enough away for privacy and close enough for a quick walk. Ideal vacation

Lovely home with lots of space

Lovely location for a relaxing stay. The area had been subject to terrible storms prior to our arrival. Bug screens had been replaced for our visit which was important. Only downside there was only 4 workable sun loungers for a group of 6. Owners did contact us but we're unable to sort during our stay.

Amazing Views

Our entire stay was great from the time of check in. Our host Erin was extremely accommodating and provided us with great service. The home was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were spot on. The outdoor areas were very large and peaceful with spectacular views. Kitchen was well equipped as we cooked most of our meals. We would stay again for sure. Ruggiero family from Connecticut.

Absolutely amazing

Everything listed is accurate for this home. It's beautiful and Erin was a joy to deal with and the check-in was flawless. We had everything we needed. Any slight issues were addressed quickly. The pool and lanai were perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Nicely appointed.

2023 family vacation

The house and property is beautiful, i could have stayed there forever. The dock is not there which is disappointing, it has now been added to the description, was not on there when i booke. There were a few things tha5 need attention. But over all the place is great.

Lovely view of the river

Stayed here many years ago and it’s just the same. Lovely house and most importantly for us lovely view of the river with boats going past. House is very well situated for the boat house and tiki bar. Lovely villa though just needs a little tlc and definitely new sofas in main tv lounge. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. First time without a boat but it was very relaxing. Most of the villas still seem to have no boat docks after the last hurricane. For what we paid we were very happy.

Nice house, but the boat lift was not working!, the main reason we picked this house was to get direct access to the river and avoid canals, not mention the inconvenient logistic to park the car and back and forth to the boat renal place. This house worth definitely less without the lift to park the boat. Our last night dinner, the bbq propane run out while we were grilling the food, it happens but the backup tank was empty!!! I text to you and the answer was “buy another one and we will reimburse it” … Really guys!!! This is not professional at all, but do not advise about the lift was the non acceptable stuff.

Thank you for your feedback. We agree 100 % that it was very unfortunate that the electricity to the boat lift wasn't functioning at the time. We did offer you a similar, even larger home, same amenities around the corner from this house WITH a proper functioning boat lift and you declined.

Location, large outdoor area with pool and hot tub were great

My husband and I stayed here for 4 weeks and overall we enjoyed our stay. On the positive side, location was great and within walking distance to the yacht club /Tiki Hut restaurant and the little beach. We used the 2 supplied bikes a couple of times and enjoyed the huge lanai/outdoor area with the pool and hot tub. Some family members stayed for a week and really had fun in the pool. A few less than positive issues we encountered were some general stuff that indicated a lack of maintenance, rugs in the kitchen were old/dirty, a couple of the sliding doors out to the lanai would not open and/or were extremely difficult to open/shut (which was disappointing as we generally do not use air conditioning and prefer fresh air and would have liked to have opened up all the sliders). Windows in the living room need to be repaired, they don’t stay open and are crazy loose. Two of the outdoor patio furniture chairs we sat in broke. We notified Property Management of all the issues and at the end of the day while they didn’t have a huge effect on our overall stay, considering the price we paid to be there, we were surprised by the apparent lack of attention/repair of some of these issues.

We must always remember that these are single family homes and things do happen. We do our very best to fix things in a timely manner, as we did in this case as well, there was NO lack in attention or responsiveness. Perfect for boating.

House was great. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Lawn and outside very nicely landscaped and manicured. Landscapers, pool, and pest control workers all visited and worked @ the house briefly with no interference to us. Garage was also nice and spacious to park 2 cars easily. Heated pool and spa were so refreshing after all day boating and traveling to the beaches. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens provided for the week. Sitting in the mornings on the upper terrace drinking coffee looking out at the water was so relaxing! The best part was the location of the house with dock and boat lift. Fishing from the dock and being able to lift and dock our rented boat for the week was the ticket. To traverse the river and head out to the Gulf was nothing more than a15- 20 minute excursion. Go left after the bridge and go to Ft. Meyers beach. Go straight and visit Sanibel and Captiva Island. Too very simple and easy even for inexperienced boaters. Just follow all the other boats doing the same thing!! Hope to stay again!

Location was stellar

Great stay and loved the home. The outside in back was spectacular. The hot tub was broken for the whole stay but kept heating the pool into the high 90s but theres not much they could do since the pump was on backorder due to covid so really nobody's fault. the only other suggestions to the owner is to add a second trash can, add extra pillows (1 pillow per person makes it rough to sit up and read.) Those small things aside, we loved the place, the location, amenities, dock, and everything else were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!
