Old Style Apalachicola Charm in the Heart of the Historic District

Rivers Edge is located in the heart of the downtown historic district nestled between the Apalachicola River and the Oyster City Brewing Company. Architect Chuck Wright and Builder Salty Dog have created a new building with old time Apalachicola charm.It has a full kitchen and dining area, living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom artfully furnished with antiques throughout. King size bed in bedroom with queen sized comfortable couch in living area. The outside deck faces east where you can enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee. Amenities include free WiFi , Smart TV, full size washer and dryer . Basics such as paper products and laundry soap are included. Daily maid service is not included. Access is by stairwell from Commerce street or via your own private spiral staircase from the back. 2 Night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay for local events and holidays. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, this is a non-smoking residence. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Great spot for your stay in Apalachicola.

Very clean, well kept place and convenient walking distance to pretty much anything you’d like to do in the downtown area. The kitchen was also very well stocked with pretty much any type of cookware you could possibly need during your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of it all!

The location was excellent! We walked everywhere in the historic downtown area. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated and the host was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Class act

I was overjoyed with our suite. The furnishings were tasteful, the room size was comfortable & the suite was well appointed. I can’t say enough about the location! We were in the middle of the action and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance.
