Waterpointe I vacation rentals

Stay was great, host was very helpful.

Overall great property- a bit small and master is not water view- patio small Storage closet has chairs-Ty! Clean

The booking process was simple and Randy is friendly and respons to your texts very quickly

We spent a few days here over New Years and the condo and location couldn't be better. We have stayed further north and further south, but being this close to Barefoot landing was nice as there was plenty to do and eat. The only slight negative I would give is that the checkout instructions required us to be out by 10AM, but also wash/put away dishes and wash/dry towels. It was slightly stressful to get everyone up, showered, packed and eaten in time to actually run through those things by 10.

We were her for a weekend of softball with our granddaughters . The place was very convenient to everything and it was just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I would definitely stay again.

All around as well as I’ve visited. Great job! I will recommend for all!
