Cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted living rm/dining/kitchen and wood burning fireplace. Extra 2 beds in sleeping cabin.

Property has 500' of lakeshore frontage and no visible neighbours so great privacy and panoramic views. Granite walkways, 40' dock for larger boats, and a granite fire pit with Muskoka chairs. Automatic generator covering any potential power outages.

Guest access

Boat and jet ski rentals available only minutes away at the Cove or Port Sandfield. Minutes by car or boat to Cleveland's House and the J.W. Marriott for world class golf, family fun, dining, ski lessons and more.

You'll have the entire cottage and property. We will be available by phone, text and email. In person orientation may also be available by request.

Our family of 4 loves spending time in Muskoka. I have such fond childhood memories of exploring these lakes, skiing, campfires, fishing and enjoying nature as my parents rented a cottage near Cleveland's House on Lake Rosseau each summer. After an exhaustive search in 2004 my wife and I managed to find our own cottage in the heart of Muskoka, with flat land, wind shelter and great privacy. Over the years we've made it our own with extensive renovations and improvements. After we enjoyed several amazing family vacations thanks to airbnb and other wonderful hosts we decided a few years ago to rent our place to suitable families so they can enjoy all that Muskoka has to offer. We hope you enjoy Muskoka as much as we do and if our cottage looks like a good fit please reach out.

Why they chose this property

The property has great water views east, west and north from across the cottage and deck with great privacy. The outdoor living is extremely comfortable either in the sun or under our umbrellas or nature shade from the treed lot. Lots of wildlife and great fishing off the dock for kids. It's located in the heart of Muskoka and only 25 feet to the water.
