A cute and very clean little place. With a western exposure in the afternoon, it was quite warm in July. We brought an additional fan that helped with ventilation. When the sofa bed is pulled out, there is very little room but it worked for the two of us.

Yes, the western exposure is great for views but can be warm during excessive heat . That is more of an anomaly here in the Pacific Northwest. We have two fans for guests and windows that open to create a breeze.
Glad you enjoyed our tiny home.
Best wishes !
Betsy
This cute and cozy space was wonderful for my friend and I. Boyncung around a bit in Washington, Warm Beach was a perfect space to land. The space was clean, welcoming and easy to find thanks to description owner sent.
I enjoyed the little house. I really wasn't there much except to sleep, so I didn't get to enjoy the sunsets, but I bet they're amazing! It was a pretty warm weekend, so it got a little warm inside, but an open window and fan fixed that right up. Had I been there earlier, I could have cooled it off even better. I would definitely consider staying there again.
I'm so delighted that I found this property and it was available on a beautiful July weekend in the northwest. After a year and a half plus of covid restrictions we were able to celebrate my mother at Kayak Point regional Park which is about 10 minutes from here. I would stay here again for a spectacular view and sunsets and charming gardens in the owner's yard. I am thanking the owners for such a delightful place.
The studio is clean and well-equipped. The indoor space is small, however there is a nice deck outside the sliding glass door. The views of the water and sunsets are relaxing. I enjoyed my stay.
Great location! We loved the quiet community with view of the water. Excellent communication from owner. The unit really is a tiny house, but owner made the most of the space. The woodwork is beautiful. There is not a tv, but the WiFi is strong. We were thankful for the little details like coffee, water bottles, shampoo, soap, paper towels, etc. If you don’t mind tiny spaces, this place is a far better stay than a hotel room!

Tricia as a great guest. They came and went and we hardly knew they were there. Also left everything clean and well cared for. I would definitely recommend her to other hosts.
Enjoyed our stay in Stanwood at the Bunkhouse. Nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. I guess I misunderstood that it was a studio rather than a 1 bedroom so the space was pretty tight when the sleeper sofa was pulled out but, we still enjoyed our stay. The interior design and decoration was really homey and I appreciated the extra little touches of lotions and shampoos, as well as a bowl of garden fresh tomatoes and cucumbers in the fridge with a couple of bottles of water. Very refreshing! Great little space for a quick getaway
Location of the house was amazing. The cabin is small, but very nice. I would stay here again

This lovely cottage has everything a single or double occupancy may need.
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Warm Beach cottage. Even though we were here on business the location and cottage provided a vacation feel, which was much needed. The owner takes great pride in keeping everything very clean. The view is second to none; and the community of warm beach is a hidden gem.
