Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with high-end kitchen appliances (it is truly a chef’s kitchen with Thermador induction cooktop, steamer and oven along with a Sub Zero refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher), wine cooler, an airy open layout, a large porch, and a washer and dryer. Downstairs has covered parking for two cars and the downstairs room has a small pool table.

Outside you'll find a 30 ft. dock with 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a BBQ grill.

Great access to the Gulf and also the ocean via nearby Tavernier Creek or Snake Creek. This home's perfect location will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation instead of spending a lot of time in the car -- conveniently close to grocery and other stores, great restaurants, parks, movie theater, churches, schools, and even gas for your boat.

We are also pet-friendly for those who have well behaved pets! The yard is fenced-in so your dogs can run around.
